First and foremost the staff at this hotel were exceptional, sadly they were overwhelmed with work because the house keepers kept quitting. I have been in this hotel now for just under 2 weeks, my room has been serviced maybe twice!! Every evening when I arrived from work I have to track down a house keepers and ask for clean towels! I also travel with as registered service dog that is perfectly trained and obedient, the owner of this hotel approached me and stated that she was allergic to dogs and was scared of dogs and requested that I find other accomodations. I informed her that I to am allergic to dogs and that's why I have a standard pooble. The hotel website clearly stated pet friendly hotel. I advised the owner I would not find other accomodations and if she wanted me out she would need to call the police .
Like all most other evenings I went looking for fresh towels again and was confronted my the owner she stated that SHE CLEANED MY ROOM TO DAY and why did I need more towels. I asked her to go check my room and tell me that was cleaned today !! She said sorry I will have it cleaned tomorrow. This woman had the odasity to tell me that my room was serviced daily when in fact it wasn't ?!! I highly recommend that you not stay at this hotel. Further more this hotel has cockroaches and rats, I killed a rat in my room and had to purchase a rat trap from tracktor supply to trap any other unwanted roommates.

We are a baseball team of 15 and 16-year-old boys. We normally get anywhere from 18 to 22 rooms and these people were so amazing. The breakfast was fresh. The rooms were clean, but the overall thing that impressed us was the Staff! Everyone was so nice and so helpful.

I wouldn't stay here again at gunpoint! I called the number listed and pressed the number for the front desk and NEVER GOT AN ANSWER! I called the reservation number and was toldni had a room on the first-floor non smoking. Got to the hotel and found that I either had to take a smoking room on the first floor or a second floor room. When I explained what the reservation agent said, I was told I should have called the hotel directly! I lost it and said I did, showing her the calls on my phone. Shrugged shoulders and "sorry." Bed felt like upholstered concrete and the room smelled like an ashtray. I will NOT be back!!
Big gap in the front door even when locked and bolted.

This motel (being kind calling it that) is poorly run & not clean. The door to the room they originally gave us still had a see through opening in the door jamb when it closed.& latched. We stayed here with another couple, & all 3 rooms smelled of cigarettes & had burns in the bedding. Also, the clerk seemed no idea how to do much of anything. It took several trips back.to the office to get the door keys to work...& when we left the next morning we had to a call someone to come to the desk to check out. Which has happened at other places, but usually don't have to.wait as long as we did there. Basically we just had to make WAY to many trips to the office.

Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND housekeeping is a thief ! That’s why we never leave expensive items in our rooms. Even though the items stolen were food items it’s still wrong!

expensive for what it is. Was $115-120 a night. No ice machine and vending wasnt working. You can go to the Wyndham on the lake in Guntersville and stay for $75 a night and it’s so nice. Totally updated too

Positive: Location. Negative: Very bad experience. After I killed 7 cockroachs ? I plugged hole under sink with tape, one was in toilet, didn't tell my wife. Didn't think changing room would have improved situation, no one at desk entire time, old coffee for breakfast. Enough said.

Rude clerk , charged me for a early check in and pet fee, which was not told to me when I called for reservations, then she gave me a room who had people in it and I walked in with a lady dressing, the clerk did not believe me at first , like I would lie, then she gave me a room , which the lite by the sink didn't work , and the shower had very low water pressure, with no hot water, very dissatisfied, will never stay at a Quility inn ever!!!!!!! Hampton Inn always treated me well and had very nice accommodations!!!! I called priceline back and the were not helpful, will not use that service any more either!!!!
