We stayed for one night and were generally pleased. The proximity to the highway and many local eateries was very good. The bed was comfortable, we both slept well. The room was clean. Breakfast featured egg and sausage patties, cereal, waffle maker, breads, etc. Its true that aspects of the hotel are dated, but this hotel met our expectations as a clean place to spend the night while passing through.

I was refused a room with my children and service dogs because I did not show a government issued card for the service dogs. Ada.gov specifically says that there is no registration or certification needed so I found it odd that they continued to insist I provide them a card that doesn’t exist. The man at the front then insisted that I contact someone at ada.gov and have them schedule a meeting with my service animals in order to receive a card. I don’t know what game they are playing but this is illegal.

Decent place to stay. Beds were comfy, employees were nice and breakfast was great. There was quite a few sinking parts in the floor that made me nervous but a decent place for the price.

I stayed here for one night with my husband and two dogs and was very impressed with the service. Great showers, bed, breakfast was included and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended

There’s no need to go anywhere else! We experienced the best beds ( n I have a bad back) n the silkiest most wonderful sheets ever🩷 Breakfast is just like home, forget needing McD’s or any restaurant. DIY hot pancakes n waffles? Ready to chow Eggs n sausage! Mr. Deeb is on the job, cleaning up inside n outside, freshening it all over n over—sweet personality who deserves your business. You will love the fitness room n they do have a pool. Just off the main highway with its shopping abundanza!!

We checked in on October 3rd. We were supposed to stay for three nights. As soon as we opened the door and saw the broken dresser we knew that we had made a mistake. We went to visit the front desk and told the person on duty about the broken furniture. He told us that there was nothing he could do. We went back to the room and noticed how dirty the bathroom was. The ceiling was falling down and there was mold and mildew in the tub and on the floor. After that we noticed the stains on the bedspread. Another trip to the front desk to explain that the room was filthy. The person on duty wanted us to bring him the dirty bedspread. We bought it to him and he said nothing could be done. There was no way we could stay the night in that dirty room. We checked out and went to a different hotel. We were still charged for the room even though we did not stay there. This is not acceptable. We have filed a complaint against the hotel.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Loose floorboard in room. The door to my room didn't shut all the way unless I pulled it. The toilet barely flushed as if a clog was somewhere in there. Still smells like it used to be smoked in. Not enough outlets. Bathroom was gross. The TV was outdated

It is so incredibly unsafe, the stairwell was just open for anyone to use. No key needed to go to the floors. The rooms are all entered by the outside. The room was also open when we got to it. We did not even enter the room to see what it looked like because it felt really unsafe since someone could of been inside it. When explaining this to the front desk they did not care and just wanted to move our room and I explained we felt unsafe and would like a refund. Front desk staff said no and we left. I am going through expedia and the hotel to get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
