Really solid stay overall. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the bathroom was in great condition — you can tell they actually care about upkeep. The area’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for getting some rest.

The location isn’t fancy, but it’s low-key and calm — kind of tucked away but still close to gas stations and food spots. No noise, no drama, just a chill spot to wind down.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The parking lot has a few bumps, but nothing to stress over. I’d definitely stay again.

Great location! Appears to be undergoing a remodel. Room was clean. Gentleman working the front desk was super nice!

However:
1. I heard every single thing going on outside. I haven’t slept much. I’m pretty sure the circus is in town and staying here with their herd of elephants.
2. I felt/heard something land on the bed only to notice that a cockroach was right next to my face. Ended up seeing several more before the night was over.

I have booked with this hotel on multiple occasions. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Nick at front desk is very responsive and friendly. I had an issue with a reservation i made through priceline and Nick did everything he could to help me. I ended up having to rebook my room but I have no complaints with the hotel itself. My issue was with priceline. Rooms are great for the price and they have all newly remodeled rooms so that is a plus also. Will not think twice about staying again.

Positive: The rooms are beautiful, exceptionally maintained and updated well beyond the star rating. Negative: The wireless was non-existent and made it nearly impossible to conduct business from the room without a hot spot.

The cleaner guy was very nice. the nice shift guy was very professional. and the women on day shift helped me a lot. my room was very clean and no bugs!!

BEDBUG HOTEL. This place of “business” is so disgusting, unprofessional and dismissive. My bedsheets were dirty upon checking in. The fitted sheet was turned inside out. I have over ten bedbug bites. My three year old and myself was staying in this crack hotel. They refused a refund. I’m enduring so much pain and suffering. My elbow has swelled up and is hot to the touch. I’m sick and having to pay for medicine and doctor visits. The receptionist is refusing to allow me to speak to the daytime manager on the phone. I need to take legal action. Justice will be served. It may not be today, but the day is definitely in their future. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Update - the front desk receptionist called me and bribed me to remove my review in exchange for a refund. I never received the promised funds.

Edit to add since I’m just now seeing their response. There’s no such thing as free money. If I wanted money — I wouldn’t have wasted it on this scummy place. I have pictures and witnesses of the bugs and bites. Even consulted with a lawyer. Have the day you deserve.
