I spent over 40 minutes trying to get checked in. When I arrived it was 1am. There was a bell to ring for service. The night clerk must have been asleep because it took about 35 minutes of pushing the bell button before he came out from the back. Then he could find my reservation. He end up inputting it manual. I didn't get into my room till about 2:05am. Their breakfast bar was extensive and good food. So that was a plus. And the room was really nice. The night clerk sleeping on the job us the only reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars.

It'll do for a night if there are no other rooms available, but this place is not super clean. No option to buy snacks/drinks in the lobby other than with cash from vending machine (I usually let this go if the vending machine has an option to read cards). Found nasty stains on comforter of the bed and asked for it to be changed, yet the staff failed to change it before I returned late that evening.

Overall not a bad stay. Just a basic hotel. Not to right home about. The rooms were nice enough. They and a nice sitting area that wasn't really functional because the TV was in the bedroom area and you couldn't see it from the couch. Recommend a 2nd TV. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and far enough away from the madness of the outlet mall. My biggest critique is the breakfast. It was very basic hospital food. You had rubber eggs that obviously had been just heated on the steam table same with the sausage. The waffle machine was nice. They have toast and bagels but they were stale. Wouldn't hurt to put a little effort into breakfast. Maybe some other meat besides sausage not everyone likes sausage. Yogurt would be nice with some granola. All in all not a bad stay but definitely room for improvement

I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Ana at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Ana took the time to answer all my questions and provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations for the price. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this motel not only for its quality accommodations but also for the outstanding service provided by Ana. Will definitely return!

Hotel room was clean, the price was fantastic, and the morning staff (unfortunately did not get name) was awesome very polite and friendly even allowed me to leave my new electric bike secured in the office while I went to the outlet mall after checkout. Very pleasant experience.

We had a pleasant stay in February 2025 at Quality Inn and Suites in Grove City, PA. We had a slight issue unrelated to the hotel and James was able to assist. He is a professional. We had no issues at all with our stay. We will most definitely be back.

Exactly what you expect from Quality Inn. Clean, a little out-dated, helpful front desk clerk, underwhelming “breakfast” (grab and go cold muffins). Found the bed quite uncomfortable. But room was large and we had 2 mini fridges, although didn’t need either.

Positive: Location Negative: Room was small but for what I paid not too bad. The towels and wash cloths are like sandpaper with stains. Had to get new but trying to find someone was a challenge. Breakfast was awful, and I mean awful. Juices were all empty/water.
