We decided to stay here for our vacation back in Sep. we did not get our security deposit because the reservation was under my husband’s name, he was not present when I checked out, front desk lady said we could get our deposit mail to our house since we live in another state, manager “was not available” at the time. I have called them many times to get in touch with the manager but she is never available and I have also reached corp and I have been told I will get the check mail it has been 3 months and our security deposit hasn’t been mailed yet.

Where is the quality in this INN? So you know, this being a 3 start hotel I wasn’t expecting the best but this place could do a few small things to make it better. #1 the pool! Why is it advertised on the website as heated? It’s freaking freezing, even on a 90 degree day it hurts to get in. The pool deck is also incredibly dirty, with a layer of soot or something, like you don’t even want to lay a towel out and relax because the floor is so yuck, easily fixable with a hose down each morning. Ok #2 the rooms, why is there all the condiments for coffee set up but only half a coffee machine lol like no glass container for the coffee to go into. Also the smoke detector looks like it was ripped out of the wall. My husband came last week also for a work trip and said the same two things about his last room too. Also don’t get a “suite” with a king bed and a pull out couch, the pull out couch literally is just springs with a sheet on top, my back hurts so bad from laying on it lol. lastly the restaurant is EW food. I ordered the Alfredo pasta and it came out cold and it tasted like cream of mushroom barf, it was just plain nasty.
On a positive note tho the staff is extremely friendly, the guy in the restaurant was super cool, the front desk people were amazing. The free breakfast wasn’t bad, nothing special but it hit the spot. Also you can opt for early check in for an extra $20 if a room is available which is what we did, so that’s nice. All and all pretty Eih, you get what you pay for

This was the absolute worst hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at!! We understand the area is not great but the staff and the hotel itself should’ve made up for that!! We stayed for a week and they not once came to clean our rooms and give us new towels or any new toiletries. I asked the front desk once if I could get some toilet paper in my room and the lady waved me off and said she was coming and went back to her conversation. I said ok do you know my room number? And she waved me off again and said yes I’m coming. We had to buy our own toilet paper after that! It didn’t seem like they cleaned anyone’s room on our floor because every morning we walked out of our room the whole floor we were on put their FULL TRASHCANS/ DIRTY TOWELS outside their rooms for staff to take out!! They also give a paper strip for breakfast with 5 boxes on it and when you give it to the server they cross one box off and you can’t come back for seconds. They don’t even ask what you want on your plate, they just go in the back and bring out a plate for you! Staff is the worst here don’t book at all!!!

No hot water in the shower I ran the water for 40 min.. the bathroom sink had no hot water as well..
My company pays for the hotel room, .but This has happened on 3 other occasions No Hot water

I booked a 5 day stay at this hotel.
I called ahead of time on Sunday to inform them that I was working late and that I would not be able to come in until very late in the evening. I asked if I should cancel and change my reservation and they said no I was fine. Then they went ahead and charged me a "no show" for the day even tho I communicated with them 24 hours in advance!!!!

Average and very old hotel. Has everything needed. Although it can be made modern and better. Had all the Chinese decor which I didn’t like.

Rooms were okay in size. Beds were comfortable. I loved the black out drapes, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker
