We had my grandma moved up here from another care home because she was not getting the care she deserved. When we called quality life services in Grove city and asked to tour the place before putting my grandma there they were right on top of it they let us come the same day to tour the place. The place was clean ever time we went there you always saw staff.. the staff members we amazing with all patients. My grandma was there for short few weeks before she passed away and the day that she passed away the care home was honestly the best they can sold the family they had my grandmother cleaned up and presentable for us to come and see her the place was wonderful staff members wonderful I couldn't have asked for a better place to have put my grandma I do appreciate everything that they did do for my grandmother while she was there in my opinion this is the best nursing home in Grove City

I'm a travel nurse who has worked at plenty of nursing homes... I've seen some of the worst and best. QLS Grove City has been one of the best by far! Staff truly cares about the residents here like their own family. It's a beautiful, clean facility. They are on top of things here. If something happens the doctors get called right away. If I had to put a loved one in a home I would choose here even though it's almost an hour away, because I know they are well taken care of.

Quality inn that lacks in “Quality”
1) stayed a week( NEVER changed towels out , not once)
2) in the week stay beds Never got made at all
3) breakfast sucks( hardly anything )
4) guest service is never at front desk.
For a $107 a night you can stay at other hotels with way better service, and get why you paid for.

They treat patients like family.

Patients have opportunities to be a part of the community they take them to baseball games, concerts, shopping malls, fishing trips, you name it. They have a dream program for their patients Linda like their own little version of make a wish and they try their hardest to make it happen. they realize that patients are not just numbers or heads in bed they are people with wants and needs and the staff there is accommodating.

Horrible, Just Horrible! So this is not such a good place! My Mother in Law died from a MRSA infection in kidneys that went to her liver and it killed her! Now mysteriously my Grandma has the same kind of MRSA kidney infection and Trinity refused to treat it because it was a weekend and didn't want to call DR! For real who dose this, so my Mom had to call an ambulance and take her to the ER. She's had clothing, jewelry, a $900.00 hearing aid stolen and nothing was done. Now a new co-patient with violent tendencies attacked my 98 year old Grama put in a chock hold and punched so hard in the head she had to be sent back to the ER. really do not place any you care about here!

TRINITY LIVING CENTER IN GROVE CITY PA IS A FILTHY MRSA RIDDEN DUMP AND A CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN ALL FORMS OF NEGLECT...I RECEIVED MININAL CARE AND REHAB BUT THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD ME AT M.G...THEY WERE WRONG...3 MONTHS IN HELL AT TRINITY LIVING CENTER AND I HAD TO GET AN ATTORNEY TO GET OUT AND THEY STILL THOUGHT THEY WOULD GET ME BACK....THIS FACILITY TREATS ALL OF ITS RESIDENTS AS IF IT HAS GUARDIANSHIPS OF THEM...ALWAYS SAY TO TRINITY LIVING CENTER AND ALL OF QUALITY LIFE DEATH HOUSE WAREHOUSES...SORRY I HAD TO GIVE THE FILTHY MRSA RIDDEN DUMP AND A CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN ALL FORMS ABUSE AND NEGLECT A STAR...BUT I WAS NOT WARNED ABOUT WHAT A SHOCKINGLY BAD FACILITY T.L.C. ACTUALLY IS..
I ESCAPED JUST IN TIME...DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU OR TO YOUR LIVED ONES....THE SUFFERING THIS DUMP CAUSES IS SENSELESS AND NEEDLESS...
