The only reason I’m giving this place even 1 star is because of 2 wonderful nurses there. This place is understaffed, inadequate cleanliness, incompetence doctor and is obviously the management is ok with providing the bare minimum of care in order to keep collecting that $$. I wouldn’t take my dog here let alone a loved one. Never again.

Was not able to do a pision there do to I ripped my right arm muscles bad enough that I could not pull it up my self. The other two girls heard my arm ripping for two months I couldn't lift anything with out dropping it. I was a med tech couldn't push a cart. The person in charge of the pc. Made me a float wanted me to do showers and do 1 assist. I refused I didn't want to drop people and hurt them. But because I care about them and take care of them like i would my mom and dad they dont care and I got DNR. from there. Was never asked or called to see why. And later found out Ryen made that dision and never called. And I did it there in there skill.

Poor communication on all levels, lack of insight from management, unavailable medical staff, missing items, cold drafty windows, management that tells you one thing with no intention of following thru. If you’re looking for the bare minimum and substandard care for your loved one, this is your place.

Although not able to visit due to pandemic, staff makes sure my sister knows her family cares. They have made sure we are up to date on her needs and can talk to her as desired. Staff has always been accomodating to our requests as appropriate. Old reviews may reflect the past but they do not reflect current care.

This is by far a wonderful nursing home! Very clean, great meals and the best nursing staff! They go that extra mile when a resident is in need. my mother is a handful to put lightly and they have been superior with their care and took care of her health issues extremely well.they also call family about the residents to inform them about any matter of concern.I can call any hour to ask the staff about my mother ,they take the time to talk with you.and during the pandemic they did wonderfully to keep Co-vid under control. I had been a nurses aid and a nurse for years I have had my experiences at several facilities and hosp. This is a grade A home! They have gone well out of their way to accomodate all.

This place is not the family oriented business like they say. They don’t know how to treat their staff. When someone starts a job they should feel comfortable and welcoming, communication is horrible, only thing you can learn from this place is to how to make your new employees feel uncomfortable and out of place!!!!!!

This is by far the dirtiest nursing home I've been in. Black mold on the shower room and ants all over. Staff is lazy and always short please don't put your loved ones Here.
