I never had a problem. Quick and efficient and a great rates. It’s personal service in a professional matter. I travel 32kilom just because I know them as it a family owned business. Some people have nothing better to say. Very sad.

Went to the travel agent last Wednesday. I wanted to go to playa del Carmen Mexico. The owner jose quinones talked me into going to puntacana Dominican Republic. He said it was more beautiful and was a better deal! He then pressured me to make a quick decision because many of the resorts were getting booked up and he couldn't guarantee me anything if I waited. So I trusted him and made the reservation. Two days later I checked the weather forcast for our 1 week vacation and it showed thunderstorms and 90% rain. I went to the agency and asked him : why would you talk me out of Mexico and book me to puna cana when the weather is so bad? His responce to me is " I'm not a weatherman!" He also said that in 25+ years that checking the weather is not his job! He also told me that there are no refunds or transfers!! What a DICK!!!! Who wants to go to a beach resort and not be able to enjoy the beach? He then told me that there was nothing he could do about it and never in 25+ years has a weather complaint from a customer ever been told to him. What a liar and bad experience I had with these crooks!!! I suggest to anyone who is thinking about using quinones travel to please find a more professional and legitimate agent because these guys do not care about your happiness. They are only interested in their commission!!!

Don't ever book tickets out of the U.S. here , worst place to go to , flight changed and they never even gave a call , showed up to the airport to find out our flight had already left . Worst service ever , might as well just do it yourself at home .
