Rachel was the best decision I made during my entire wedding planning process!! She made me and my fiancé feel so comfortable and supported from beginning to end. I am extremely type A and Rachel was there to answer any question and helped calm all my nerves. She was with us every step of the planning process. On the day of the event, she was amazing. I swear she was everywhere at once and everything went perfect.
I would hire her again in a heartbeat and want to plan another wedding just to hire her again!!

Where to begin?! To put into words to what an impact Rachel had on our entire wedding process, down to the finals days doesn't do it justice. She is truly the magic behind the scenes and we are so grateful for how seamless she made the entire wedding planning process.

My now husband and I had a longer engagement, about 1.5 years. You would think a longer engagement might be easier, or you have more time to make decisions. But boy was I wrong! Planning a wedding in 2023, coming out of the pandemic, I am so lucky to have booked Rachel for full wedding planning services. She knew just how difficult it could be to lock in vendors for our wedding date, they booked up so far in advance! She kept us on a great, organized schedule with the MOST amazing recommendation for vendors from the San Diego area. I mean THE BEST! It was so so important to me to have a vendor team that I could trust, and with Rachel's recommendation, I had the best of the best by my side.

She was so responsive for any questions I had for signing contracts, making deposits, or if I wanted to check out second options. She helped us keep everything organized and on budget via her planning platform which was such a huge time saver!

After locking everything in, Rachel took our must haves for the wedding day and design inspirations and carefully crafted mood boards to pass along to our vendors. The fun part came when we finally started to pull design pieces with the rental company and did a beautiful mock up with AHR florals. I was BLOWN AWAY.

The final 2 months were crunch time and Rachel managed all communications with final walk throughs, payment reminders, emails, seating charts, and the details. It really all comes together at the last minute! I am so grateful for her keeping us so orderly and on time in these final months.

There was one final obstacle, but Rachel handled it with ease! After a year and a half planning, the weather had a different idea for our wedding day. With 40MPH winds and heavy rain forecasted, I was in tears leading up to the day thinking about how our ceremony and cocktail hour would have to move inside. Rachel reassured me everything would be perfect no matter what and wasted no time making back up plans for the weather. She managed to set up the indoor back up room with the venue and florist into the most intimate, tropical ceremony space that felt like it was meant to be that way. There was an oddly placed pole in the room and she had the idea to angle the aisle at a diagonal which they had never done there before. She even contacted our photographers and videographers with overhang spots for outdoor photos because that's all I wanted for my day. She made it a point to make sure photos/video pulled us outside in every lull of rain and because of her amazing coordination they even had a chance to take photos of us in our ceremony photo space! If I did not have Rachel by my side, I would be at such a loss in this hurricane weather.

Everyone was raving during the wedding and months after about how amazing everything was, down to every detail. People asked if anything went wrong, because "something always does." I can happily say, if anything did go wrong to this day, Rachel made sure I did not know about it and went to every length to make sure my husband and I enjoyed every moment of our day together.

Rachel also made such a big point to focus on us as a couple, staying true to what we wanted. Wedding planning can be hard, especially dealing with outside opinions and family dynamics. She made sure we were at ease while making the process so fun and stress-free!

I can truly say we made the best wedding decision when we hired Rachel as our wedding planner. She is so fun, calm, attentive, kind, and an expert of her craft.
