Bunch of criminals that gang up on citizens in public sidewalks. These people were acting like a bunch of babies and hanging up trying to intimidate one person on the adjacent sidewalk. Will never use them again

Terrible. A blight on the community with pretty awful business practices. For a family owned business that prides themselves on being part of the community, they are neither receptive nor friendly. Deliveries are scheduled for 7am. It is illegal per LA noise ordinances to deliver before 7am. Their driver shows up consistently at 5am. They’ll unload, waking up the entire neighborhood. They leave their truck idling, spewing fumes for the entire 30+ minutes of unload time, while listening to the radio at full volume. At 5am!! They also like to leave their trucks running while making said deliveries which I’m sure is the opposite of being an environmentally friendly company.

The drivers are rude and confrontational. When I escalate it to office personnel I get Deidre in HR. I get lip service and her word that she’ll look into it. That’s about as far as I’ve gotten, in a year. Nothing changes. And after the initial phone call to head office it’s been radio silence. No follow ups. No returned calls. No emails replied to. No changes in level of service or times of delivery. LAPD Noise Enforcement Team had to intervene...

Awful company operating purely for profit. Spend your money elsewhere.

With the video I just saw where the workers attacked people on a sidewalk, I wouldn’t trust anyone from this company. Such a disgrace that you would employ people like that. I recommend that everyone stays far away from this company because you might get attacked too! Disgusting behavior

Shockingly bad behaviour by both staff and Employers. Bullying of two Photographers by at least 7 staff being encouraged by Management. So unprofessional. I can only imagine the behaviour behind closed doors after this display.

They need to learn constitutional rights there is no expectation of privacy and public and as long as no one steps on your property and they stay on a public sidewalk they can record anything that eye's can see
