There were a few small things with the room but nothing that would ruin my stay. It was absolutely beautiful upon walking in and smelled so clean that's a huge plus. The front desk agent was very hospitable. The Jacuzzi was the absolute best. Highly recommend getting a Deluxe King Suite. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is definitely older and a little run down. It looks like they're starting to renovate and give it a face lift. I did appreciate the laminate flooring in my room over carpet. The bed was super comfy. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was a wad of tissue paper on the back of the door and another left on the counter. There was only 1 mini bar of soap, no shampoo or other bathroom items. Front desk staff was not terribly welcoming.

The Roach Motel - Stay away. This place is disgusting and dangerous. Not family friendly at all. Our non smoking room reeked of drugs and there was an intoxicated crowd gathered outside our room cackling and laughing ‘till midnight. The random screaming down the halls and genuinely grimy and smelly ambiance did little to assuage the feeling that we had made a huge mistake. Moreover, the parking lot is filled with trash and random paraphernalia strewn on the ground. When we tried to bring these issues to the hotel’s attention, the front desk blamed us for not calling (though we told them we were genuinely afraid) and refused to give us a refund.

When your 4-year old asks “Ooh, that smell! What is that Daddy?” you know it is bad! Next time it’s air b and b for me! Run! Don’t walk! Should be closed down just like the run down Smorgasbord restaurant adjacent to it.

Very clean and neat. Bed was very neat and pillows was very fluffy. Bathroom was emasculate, had enough of towels and rags. Would definitely recommend and if I'm ever in the area, this would be my go to place. 10 stars. Check them out and the rates are not bad .

We had a large group and the whole experience was fantastic. We had a slight issue with our toilet and they took care of it instantly! The pool room was great and staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The pillows were very fluffy. Our bed was too hard for my liking. The manager was wonderful. He let Our family use the conference room to eat the take out food I purchased. We'll be back in the summer for Hershey

I stay in hotels frequently. This is my favorite one! Best bang for your buck! Updated rooms, comfy beds, large smart TV and dont even get me started on that shower head! The staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Easy parking, large pool and of course the hot tub! You also get a discount off Shangrila being a guest and their hibachi is delicious. Snack machines only take cash or change so make sure you bring some just in case. Soda machines take cards. There's a gas station just up the road if not. The gym equipment was actually pretty updated and it was nice to work out with my 11 year old daughter. Best Daddy Daughter weekend Ever!
