The positives: cost effective, convenient location, good hot water, convenient free parking, within walking distance to target or Denny's, and working heat and A/C.
The Challenges: the walls need a refresh, the lighting could be better, the TV was adequate but lacked in size, furniture could be in better shape, no table with chair(s), and no fridge or microwave.
The Negatives: towels and linens were sparse and very dingy (I had to ask for towel replacements each of my 4 night stay with the last evening being told they were out of towels), beds were uncomfortable, pillows are small and uncomfortable, and this non-smoking facility allows smoking on the property so you get the smell in your room frequently.

If you're on a tight budget needing a safe place to stay while putting up with towel shortages, dingy linens, tired beds and furniture, and bursts of smoke/weed smell or traveling with a pet, this place will do. I have stayed in better Red Roof Inns and can't for the life of me figure out the "plus" benefit at this location.

Do not stay here. This was a very unclean unsafe environment. Bugs in our room! The shower was dirty (pictured below) and the water didn’t drain. The curtain has holes all over it. When we arrived the toilet was not clean or even flushed from the last person. The whole room and outside has a very strong smell of weed. We stayed for 3 nights 2 people we were given 2 towels and about 1/4 a roll of toilet paper. No one comes to clean the room or even drop more towels or toilet paper. The front desk man was rude and very confrontational, when I asked a question about the price he basically yelled at me. There is always people outside that are just hanging out in the parking lot. If I was traveling alone I would not pick here. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. The air conditioning in the room dripped water onto the floor. The light going up the stairs to the room was flickering and made it hard to see where you were going. The parking lot was dark and we didn’t feel safe walking to and from our car.

PROS: pets stay Free, elevator to access third floor, plenty of free parking. CONS: Well, the train wreck of a day started when I arrived, was given a room that had an awful , strong smell, had burned out lights , and a TV that didn't seem to work right. And the remote didn't work, I guessed it needed batteries so I went to the front desk while I tried to air out the smell on a 28° afternoon. I asked how to find out what channels were available, and the non English response was something about they are coming tomorrow. This should have been a red flag, as I had rented the room to watch the super bowl with friends. I spent the next few hours trying to find out what channel was on the TV and the front desk just kept saying I needed to flip through channels. Turned out, their TV system was out, on super bowl Sunday. As we tried to figure out an alternative and were putting together snacks we realized the room had no microwave, no fridge, & no Superbowl. The smell was so bad we couldn't spend the night, I actually checked out at 10:00 p.m. and while trying to make other arrangements had some strange woman (another guest there) verbally berate me as I was leaving because she didn't like that my dog limps ( I adopted a handicapped dog). I went to the front desk to say I could not spend the night in a room that stunk, that the whole reason we had rented the room was to enjoy the TV and asked why we weren't told that the room had no microwave no fridge and no working TV when we checked in & a toilet & lights that weren't functioning properly. I was told it was my fault I didn't confirm what the room had when I booked it and agreed to rent it, and that they would report to maintenance the smell and burned out lights. I called corporate the next day, had to get through three different people interviewing me regarding "what was wrong" only to be told they would " let me know their decision in a week". I asked what decision? I didn't even spend the night in the room! A week later I was told they were giving me "points toward staying there again". In my mind that's equivalent to getting food poisoning and being offered coupons to buy groceries again from the same place in the future! No one in their right mind would!

On Jan 31, I tried to check in and they refused me and canceled my reservation, leaving me stranded. They showed me a video of some random room, I was confused but didn’t want to deal with some random employees so I just contacted the booking website and booked a different hotel. The website called the front desk and apparently they have put me on the do not rent list, which they did not tell me in person. I called them again and asked why, since I did not do anything. I always get my deposit back and NEVER have any issues. Front desk admitted that the video of the dirty room they showed me was not me, but someone else. They admitted to knowing I did nothing wrong, but refused to take me off the list and did not let me speak to a manager. So confusing and I felt discriminated against. The people working that day were an Indian man and Hispanic lady which I see a lot when I used to stay here. So sad since I used to think they were nice people. Won’t be staying here again unless someone is able to resolve this with me directly, and you have my information to contact me.

We reserved a room for the weekend and the first room (223) we went in to, the heater was not working. I called front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t have a front desk option. So they sent maintenance to check it out and confirmed it wasn’t working. They moved us to room 233. I was exhausted and just wanted to shower. The heater here was working but the drain in the tub wasn’t, all the dirty water was in the tub and it was dangerous trying to wash my legs and feet outside of the tub to not be in the dirty water. Over all I would suggest you don’t stay here or if you do, as soon as you walk in let the water in the tub run to make sure it goes down and check that the heater works.

My room didn't have AC, and everytime I cracked the door open, a chainsmoking neighbor would come out to smoke. I, pretty much had to choose between being hot or smelling cigarettes. At least there were no bed bugs.

Room was not very clean, saw bugs, mattress were not comfortable. Bathroom dirty. Lots, I mean lots of people walking all around your room at 3am. 4 am. Not people getting ready for work. Like people just hanging out, drinking, yelling. How can you sleep?

Please don’t stay at this hotel. I thought just going off location it might be okay. I couldn’t be any more wrong!!!!! This place was horrible I ignored the reviews and figured I would just try it… At first they gave me room 125 with two beds it was okay but the television was broken after I went back to the office they changed my room to 117and things only got worse!!! In room 117 the heat didn’t work and the kings size bed felt like it was no mattress just laying on bunch of SPRING COILS!!!!!!! This place is the worse!!!!!and for them to be charging almost as the more decent hotels is crazy!!!! It was so bad we left in the middle of the night rather continue on our travels because resting or sleeping was not an option there.
