Aarzu and her team did such a wonderful job planning our wedding! We would highly recommend Regal Events!
Our initial plan was for a large wedding at a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. Aarzu came on board as our wedding planner after we had booked our reception venue, but immediately began helping with all communication with our venue and coordination and hiring of all our other vendor teams. Up until the month before our wedding, I lived in Maryland (and my now husband in Pittsburgh). Aarzu was extremely flexible when it came to our very tight schedules, and was able to meet with us when I was out in Pittsburgh on select few weekends, or met with us via zoom (even pre-pandemic), and actually even met with us in Maryland on one weekend when she happened to be in town. She was always accessible, prompt to reply to messages and willing to help with anything you could think of.
Ultimately, because of COVID-19, we had to reschedule our large wedding and opted to hold a smaller (<50 person) backyard wedding. Aarzu was on the ball in terms of helping us make final decisions and had numerous ideas and back up plans for us. It was an emotional time, but Aarzu was so patient and calm throughout the entire replanning process, even though she went from having planned one full wedding to now planning an entirely new one. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that we still had an incredibly special day. A backyard wedding somehow felt even more difficult to plan, especially with only months to spare. However, from caterers to tent rentals, Aarzu helped us rebook (or find new if needed) vendors on short notice. She was even emailing government embassies to try and figure out what would happen with our international guests. Truly above and beyond in my book. Our wedding day itself turned out to be truly wonderful. Aarzu’s team was responsible for the majority of the decor, including the bouquets, and did a fantastic job. She fixed problems without me even knowing or having to stress about it (like when some of our flowers wilted), and also helped to coordinate the zoom calls and live stream for my family. Aarzu knew how important it was for me to feel connected to my international family on my wedding day, and had a team member solely dedicated to ensuring the live stream/zoom set up was working well throughout the entire night. Her husband even ended up staying for the entire ceremony and reception to help out with sound (something we had not discussed Aarzu’s team being responsible for in the lead up to the wedding.) This meant so much to us and was just another reminder of how much her and her team cared about us and about making our wedding day special despite the circumstances. This was no surprise since Aarzu had been so communicative, caring and wonderful during the planning process, including one time when I was having a very emotional afternoon and she called me just to check in on me and comfort me. Overall, despite how stressful wedding planning in the midst of a pandemic was, we felt so blessed to be working with Aarzu and her team and to have them backing us up and rooting for us. We are looking forward to working with Regal Events for another year for our post-COVID Celebration and are grateful to Aarzu and her team!

Regal Events was the answer to my prayers! Firstly, Aarzu was a pleasure to work with! She was very sweet and professional! She relieved the stress of wedding planning! Through her business I rented the stage decorations, decorations for the sweetheart table and wedding cake stand, decorations behind those tables and centerpieces! Aarzu and her team did a fantastic job with the decor for our reception; she was able to work with the venue as well and modify the center pieces appropriately to ensure everything matched our selected colors. She and Rosie also worked as the event planners for our day and did a wonderful job making sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule, and were attentive not only to our needs but also those of our family members. They really helped alleviate the stress on the day of the event; honestly, I have no idea when the cupcakes were delivered and set up! We would highly recommend the services provided, and hope to get an opportunity to work with them in the future!

Hiring regal as our event decorators/florists was one of our best decisions! Aarzu and her team did an incredible job of listening to our vision and bringing it to life!
