This place, is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the owner is friendly, and it's close to the lake and local attractions. It's a quiet and nice spot for a relaxing trip and totally worth it for the price. Recommend all to visit this place.

I speak for myself only. I enjoyed all my stays. I haven't tried the pool yet. The rooms are clean, nice TV, small fridge, microwave, plenty of hot water and air conditioning. Other than some of the characters hanging out in the parking lot, and mexican music, they all tend to hit their rooms at a reasonable time and quiet after that. The rooms are perfect as far as I'm concerned. The owner is really nice. If I could afford to stay every night, I would. I'd add a few more power outlets for phones, tablets, and whatnot. I recommend it.

Maybe I just got lucky. Somehow got a lake view, nothing fancy, but the price is right. Fridge and microwave, and everything smelled clean and laundered. Room had no odors or red goo everywhere. Front staff was extraordinarily friendly. We shared a few laughs, got a great dinner recommendation, and they're pet friendly. Literally right on the water, although only two rooms seem to have windows facing the lake. Pool is decent, also right on the water, and there's a deck that overlooks the lake. Pretty quiet atmosphere in the area. All in all, good value for the money.

Booked online told it was pet friendly. They are not. Also charged 200$ deposit upon arrival at midnight with no where else to go. Small room loud a/c and pool drained. Better off staying elsewhere.

Twice now during 2 holidays, my family and my friend's family stayed at this hotel. It has a great location right by Clear Lake. At the back of the hotel, you can walk on a dock to access the lake. Great for fishing. Overlooking the lake, there is a deck with an outdoor swimming pool 2' to 8' deep (great for children and adults alike) and a gas BBQ grill next to tables and chairs. It's ideal for a nice warm day. Bob and Mona manage the hotel. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. They made sure my needs were met. They go an extra mile to ensure you're comfortable. The hotel is simple and very clean. it is not luxurious and they don't serve breakfast. But the service they provide overshadows this.

~READ THIS BEFORE STAYING HERE!!~ My wife and I stayed here for a night because we had no other options. We were beyond disappointed to say the least. The rooms were gross and dirty. There where spiders everywhere. The price for this less than mediocre room was outrageous. The room literally smelt like my grandmothers closet.

The Skylark inn next to this “fine establishment” was 40$ cheeper and 1000 times cleaner. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The staff was creepy and off putting. The TVs are outdated and barley worked. The “high speed wifi” sign out front was a complete lie. We couldn’t even open a social media app on our phones connected to their wifi.

I honestly hope this hotel gets owners and management. We will never return here or recommend this hotel anyone. No one should ever stay here. I beg you to take your business else where to people who actually deserve it and take care of their rooms.

This is one of the cleanest, beautiful and secure place in Lakeport. The beds are super clean, no hair found, the linens smell fresh, the bed soft and so are the pillows. The rooms are spacious and the wifi is high speed. The lot has cameras everywhere. This location has a lake access as you can see in my pictures and they conveniently have a nice pool with a grill and patios for small get together. On top the owners are super nice and extremely cordial. I will came here again and again.

Room was clean and tidy. Great rate. Has dock on water. Electrical outlets for boats Parking will be a problem during busier months. One way in and out. Very tight turn around for bigger boat IF no cars are in Way otherwise have to back out onto Main Street. But nice room for price and very friendly staff. Restaurant across street is surprisingly good as well.
