I called and left a message with them, and they called me back almost Immediately. I was having some issues with this outlet, and they came right out to my house and resolved my issue very quickly. Come to find out they don't just do electrical work, they have a DJ service and the technician noticed our WiFi was slow so he gave us a "router tune up". He even made it to where we didn't have to type in that super long password on the bottom of the internet box, we set our own. Alot better than having to deal with Comcast. Bottom line, I highly recommend Reid Electric, because of their variety of services and efficiency.
