This is our fifth visit to the Reikart House. We “discovered” it during COVID and have kept coming back. My wife and I were discussing if there was ever anything in any of our visits that bothered us and we could not think of a thing. The staff is amazing. Everyone is kind, professional and well trained. They are also incredibly accommodating with reasonable requests, and willing to stop and chat with an old man like me! The hotel was transformed in 2017 and is now a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The hotel is quiet but still maintains a fun but sophisticated vibe. The adjoining Jazzboline Restaurant is very nice and great breakfast options are available in the Parlor Room. No pool but a spacious workout room. We travel quite a bit (although not as much as many of the road warriors who may be reading this) and for us, and our tastes, the Reikart House is the whole package! We will be back.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and experience.
A family member had her wedding here yesterday in the ballroom, everything was amazing, from the venue staff to the ambiance of the ballroom! Beautiful wedding with no issues!
We then went to Jazzboline for dinner, everything was so delicious, we all had a tried each other’s dishes and they were truly high quality meals. They put so much time and effort into each meal, and still everything came out of the kitchen quickly!
We then stayed at Reikart’s hotel, it was clean, classy and cozy. It really is such a gorgeous hotel. One of the softest beds and nicest rooms we’ve experienced away from home. They truly do care about presentation and maintaining it.
The front hotel staff, the breakfast severs, dinner service and the wedding coordinators have outdone themselves. 100% will be returning and highly recommend!

(PS. Ask for the mint sauce at dinner, pairs with any dish, we are still talking about it!!)

We were in town for a Memorial service we spent 4. Nights at the hotel. From the time we checked in until the time we left the staff was attentive and friendly. The weather was very cold in early January. It was nice at the end of a busy day to return to the comfortable fireplace room. Get warm and have a beverage and talk with family.|We had a great breakfast every morning as well. The hotel experience made our trip a little easier.

Back to back weekends, I was blown away by the hospitality I received from Marty at the front desk. He make both stays very smooth and relaxing. Just a really nice gentleman. I wish more hotels had a Marty. I am sitting with coworkers a week later and his name came up three separate times about how nice he is.

Rooms are great and the shower is fantastic! I will definitely stay at the Reikart every time I’m in the Buffalo area! The cookies are fantastic!!!

We stayed for one night before heading to Toronto for the Eras Tour. The hotel was beautiful, with lovely charm and features throughout. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Good storage for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. They accommodated our joining rooms and called back to let us know in advance. The rooms are clean and fresh. Everything smells nice. The rooms are too quiet though. We weren't able to turn the furnace fan on permanently during our stay to creat white noise for sleeping so everytime the a/c came on it would wake us up. Our room had a smoke detector that flashed green all night as well. We will be back as I'm sure this is not the same for all rooms and we really enjoyed it.

Hotel was very nice/clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very convenient to airport, and restaurants. |The only drawback for my rating of a 3 is the bed mattress was a little soft and bothered my back. If you need a very firm mattress this might not be a good choice.

Exceptional customer service. Everyone here was kind and friendly. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were anticipated and exceeded. From checking in to check out, excellent stay. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Super cute, quaint decor which isn’t normally my speed but I loved all the updates. The Bonvoy breakfast benefit was one of the bed I’ve had anywhere. Really good food.
