The room had cockroaches that fall from the ceiling on your bed and the manger and his wife are very rude drug dealers are everywhere they don't have towels or wash clothes and the bed has bedbugs bad

If you like, cockroaches, flies and mosquitoes, then this is a place for you if you like water coming up from the tiles on your floor and smelling the growth of mold, then this is a place for you. This is by far one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, this place is not only a health hazard but allows permanent residency. I highly recommend if you want to be grossed out and like to kill bugs before you go to sleep. I literally woke up this morning with a German cockroach crawling on my face.

The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My son has been staying here and this man has been so kind to him...he has helped him with food..even clothes! I come here to see him almost everyday and the relax inn is always clean and the wifi is great! I can't express my gratitude enough for being here for my son during a rough time..thank you thank you

We are currently staying at the relax inn in laurel delaware right now for the second time. We stayed long term the first time. It was for a little over a year. And we've been here this time for very 2 months. No roaches either of the stays. Always has exterminators here treating and preventing any bugs. No bed bugs. Lots of tenants here. But the manager and his wife are absolutely awesome. Always making sure we have everything we need and asking if we are okay or if need anything. Poppy and his wife celebrated 42 years and both work hard to keep this place nice and never let any drama go on. Excellent management

I stayed there long term. For over a year and a half the first time. This time I’ve been here for over 6 months now. The office manager and his wife are absolutely great about giving you anything you need for your room. They have been patient with us if I needed an hour to pay for my rent and was waiting for my husband to come on his lunch break.

Room was dirty. I made reservations and got key, then went to conference.. I came into room at 9:30pm and the bathroom seemed dirty. Found out in the morning it had never been cleaned urine around toilet, soap and grunge in shower. Also saw a roach. Will not stay again and definitely do not recommend.

Roaches every where crawling up and down the walls room was disgusting old and ran down had to leave that night and sleep some place else will never go there again wasted 75 dollars 🤮
