We had a great stay!! Here for work relocation and finding a home. The staff is super friendly especially Sandy and Amanda. They’ve gone above and beyond to make us feel like family. The only con is the quality of breakfast items and choices. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice, hotel is clean, pool is nice. Again, I cannot praise Sandy and Amanda enough. They’re so kind and welcoming.

Love love love this hotel. I stayed with my cousin for a night and everyone was so nice and sweet. The front desk woman especially, although I forgot her name(she had long black braids or twist I can't remember, black sweater, and glasses.) was so sweet and helpful. Her energy was so beautiful it really made my stay 10x better. The room was nice and clean so shout-out to the housekeepers as well. I will be back on my own soon!

Stayed here early November 2024 for trip from work. Lots of places to eat around hotel area very convenient. Had to call reschedule my reservation spoke with Miss Jackie friendly, caring had no issues at all. Suite clean, hotel gym was clean, from check in to check out staff very accommodating and friendly. Thank you! 5 stars all the way!

Customer service was top-notch. We somehow lost a wallet and after searching the room, left our info with the front desk. Weeks later, I received a phone call from Zora at the front desk because house-keeping found it tucked inside the pullout sofa. The manager, Amanda, went out of her way to take it to the post office and mail it us. The sizeable amount of money in it was returned to us without a hitch.

The hotel was very clean, the room was immaculate!very convenient to multiple restaurants, gas stations and the interstates. The staff were very pleasant and my wife and I and our rabbit will be staying there everytime we go to the farm show complex! Well Done!

I visited this property with 3 friends on July 6th for a concert in Hershey. It was booked not booked under my name since my friend made the reservation but it was trusted since it is under the Marriott name. I was thoroughly disappointed in my overall stay for several reasons. 1. When we first checked in, my friend was informed that the two bedroom suites were over booked but we would have adjoining rooms. That’s fine we just opened the doors to give the feel of a suite. 2. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. Mold is in several places as you can see from previous posts, and this could easily be resolved with a Clorox mold spray. No excuse for that appearance. There was also hair left in the corners of the bathroom from previous guests. 3. The TV in one of the rooms was not working properly and after being told by someone at the front desk to turn it off and then turn it back on, beyond that there was nothing they could do. 4. The most annoying part of the stay was checking out. Check out is at 12PM. While giving the room once last check to make sure nothing was left behind, at exactly 12:01 we received a knock at the door to make sure we were leaving. I have never had anyone come and basically kick me out right at check out at any other hotel or property in my life. ||I expected more from a stay at a property that falls under the Marriott umbrella no matter the tier. I would not stay at this property again nor would I recommend this place for anyone to stay unless some improvements can be made.
