I stopped by here today because I was on the road traveling. I was greeted by a super friendly and beautiful woman with red hair. She was so sweet. Our encounter was brief so I didn’t catch her name.

The management at this hotel is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We booked a room here about 7 weeks prior to our trip along with a large group of my child’s team. The day before arrival I received a confirmation of our reservation and was given the option to check in early online. I proceeded to do so and all went smooth. We arrive to the hotel after our flight and long drive from the airport only to be told they over sold rooms and canceled our reservation without notifying me. They gave me a gift bag with old snacks and a soda as a gift with a confirmation # to another Marriott in the same city.

When I asked why my reservation was canceled and how they chose who got kicked out, they couldn’t give me an answer and stumbled with numerous reasons. The room we booked was a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen since it was a longer stay we wanted the kitchen to cook and save money. Instead we were sent elsewhere to pay the same exact rate for a tiny room with none of the same amenities, doubling our trip cost! They refused to credit part of the room rate and offered Marriott points which were never even given. The front staff refused to let me speak to the manager. The Marriott Fairfield they sent us to had a rate of $115 per night but charged us $144 since it was a Marriott transfer and refused to change it. Extremely disappointed with the service!

Rooms are decent enough but it's really just a big fat shout-out to TJ at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure. Super personable and helpful.

Terrance at the front desk was amazing! The most authentic, genuine, welcoming personality I’ve ever come across in the hospitality industry. Room & aesthetic was up to par but service was top notch!

Positive: "" Negative: With the hotel being in the high desert of California I was disappointed there wasn't AC through halls or common area's of the building. The laundry room had the windows open letting the 100 degree heat in. There was an AC wall unit that didn't work.

Life is good

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with all of the amenities you could ask for. The hotel staff we're all so very helpful and kind which makes for a very pleasant stay.

I stay here often when visiting Palmdale, so I won't have to drive home late. There's been more than 1 occasion my room didn't have everything in it. I had to ask for sofa linens, and 1 time my children slept without cover the whole night bcuz they said they didn't have anymore. Just recently hired a new kid, hopefully this will turn the evening experience around, he's personable and attentive
