The rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast assortment with real plates and silverware. We stayed a week in a 2 BR suite. My daughter-in-laws family joined us for two nights in another 2 BR suite and they placed our rooms close together. Staff friendly and when there was a mix up about cleaning the room they gave us fresh towels and the desk staff took our trash. The pool was nice and warm and jacuzzi great. We took our 4mo grandson for his first swim.

This was a terrible experience. The rooms are old, dated, and dirty and there’s no sound proofing whatsoever, as the rooms across from us were up partying until the middle of the night. Chris was nice and provided great service, but we’d never stay here again. Giving ⭐️ ⭐️ due to proximity to sesame place.

Great location to visit Sesame Place. Room setup was perfect for family w kids. Bathroom fixtures were a bit old and not fully clean. Service was great because I forgot my bag without realizing it. They tracked me down right away and I was able to return for it before I left town.

A very nice value for the quality. Don't know about summertime due to Sesame Place. If you don't like barking dogs stay off the first floor. Staff was very accommodating and switched us right away. We were given a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite. Room 410 is right over a huge HVAC unit that was loud. Also across the way is a railroad yard with loud locomotive switchers. Do not let that sway you! This hotel is far ahead of Holiday Inn Express across the street on Cabot Blvd. Great breakfast, the best we had in a long time. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Hope this helps some!

Even though we had to stay here due to unfortunate circumstances, my husband and i enjoyed our stay here. We had access to kitchen that me and my husband used to cook meals, made it feel like less of a hotel and more like a 1 bedroom apartment.

Sometimes you can hear people in the hallway if you're in the living area of your room. I wouldnt say its much different than the noise you'd hear down your apartment hallway during the day. At night, it's quiet. They do have a noise policy after 9pm, which is considered quiet hours.

The room we had was clean when we arrived and we had no issues. Weekly we had the housekeeping staff come to refresh our room on a day of our choosing. They give us fresh towels whenever we needed it.

We spent a night at the Residence Inn Philadelphia. The check in was smooth and fast and the attendance was polite, courteous and very informative. Our suite was clean and everything was inplaced. The bed was comfortable which made for a good night sleep. The shower area was clean, but it would have been nice if they had left a complimentary disposable shower cap. Breakfast was included. There was enough choices to eat from. The pool was disappointed, it was not heated, and Noone was able to use it because it was frozen cold. Check out was also easy and the attendant was polite, friendly and professional. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Except for a ridiculous $4.00 charge for parking that we were informed of at check-in.
