Planning a wedding is a daunting task, but the absolute best decision we made was having Reva and her team as our event coordinators. Destination weddings have unique challenges that I never anticipated, but I was so grateful to have Reva guiding us through the process.

Between weekly calls, Kaiah and Reva met with us multiple times to ensure that every detail was discussed, and ensure that our wedding day would be exactly as we envisioned. Reva has a unique advantage over other wedding coordinators as she is able to obtain decor rentals at discounted rates, which ultimately saves so much time and money. She really worked with us surign vendor negotiations and honor our budget as well

Additionally, her team is absolutely phenomenal and was able to create and customize a backdrop I had envisioned for one of my events, and switch it out for my husband event an hour later. She even decorated the boat for our departure! Their efficiency, attention to detail and eye for design is unparalleled

From the very beginning, Reva and her team proved to be more than just day-of coordinators. Kaiah and Reva took the time to meet with me multiple times before the wedding, ensuring that every detail of our special day was meticulously discussed and planned. Each phone call lasted over two hours, showcasing their dedication and commitment to getting everything just right. Their attention to detail is unparalleled, and it truly sets them apart.

I was also really impressed with their incredible eye for design. Entrusting them with final details like the location of the Welcome Sign and Seating Chart, and which candles should go where was a decision that paid off immensely. The visual appeal they added to our wedding was beyond our expectations.

When a last-minute hiccup occurred – realizing just 5 minutes before the ceremony that I had forgotten the remote controller for my neon sign – Reva sent someone to my house to retrieve it in time for the reception! She really saved the day.

Another thing that sets Reva apart from other coordinators is her unique offering of rental items at discounted prices, coupled with her negotiation skills on our behalf for additional rentals, saved us both time and money.

What sets Reva apart even further is the lasting impression she leaves. I've been a bridesmaid in many weddings, but never have I experienced a wedding where the entire bridal party and parents were raving about the wedding coordination the next day. Whether it was somehow getting one of the ushers an extra boutonniere last minute or bustling my dress in <10 seconds so my bridesmaids didn't have to stress about it, I think I have a story from each groomsmen, bridesmaid and each set of parents about how she made such an impact on the day. Reva and her team truly made our special day seamless and unforgettable and I am recommending her to every one of my friends who are engaged! If you want a wedding coordinator who exceeds expectations, Reva is the one!

Reva and her team were THE BEST. I had a Persian-Indian full wedding. If that wasn’t complicated enough, I also wanted to flip the same space several times because I wanted an outdoor reception. Reva made it happen and our vision was even more beautiful than I imagined. Her team is so great too. They were applying bandaids when they could tell I was struggling to walk into my reception. She got along great with my mom (a key factor in a successful Indian wedding imo) and I can’t recommend her enough.

I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Reva and her assistant Alana as my day of wedding coordinators. Every raving review on here about this team is 1000% factual. I did my own flower arrangements which was a lot of work and to be honest I was pretty stressed out about it. I also and brought boxes of decorations and was stressing about how it would all come together. I shouldn’t have worried at all because Reva and Alana did the entire setup and breakdown which was such a major stress relief and the room looked STUNNING. My wedding day was absolutely seamless. Reva was there through every step and made sure we didn’t have to worry for a second. I was the most relaxed I had been in days and Reva is a huge part of that. She is so damn good at what she does!! Seriously, search no further if you’re looking to hire a coordinator. Reva and her team are PHENOMENAL. Several guests noticed how utterly amazing they are and told me multiple times. Reva had been working with me all year leading up to my wedding this September. She was available at all times when I had questions via text (or call or email, whatever I preferred), while also scheduling bi-weekly (sometimes even weekly) calls with me where she would walk me through the entire process of what was needed from me to prepare for the wedding, while also taking on most of all the tasks herself. Reva and a team member even attending our Welcome Party the day before the wedding, which was not at all necessary since she is only technically compensated for day-of wedding help. She was there from start to finish of our wedding weekend.

Reva went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't lift a finger on my wedding day, Reva and her team calmly and collectively handled all day-of issues with only asking me necessary questions to ensure I was happy with the result of the day. Reva had a way of being extremely professional, while also feeling like you are planning your wedding with a good friend. She is a class act and I was SO happy I chose her as my wedding planner. It was worth every penny.
