Rewards Travel has been the go to travel agency for my Mom and I since 2018 and that’s not changing! The staff is very friendly and Ashish is the best 🙂 he is very kind and helpful, whatever the situation. Definitely recommend this travel agency to everyone. I have used only rewards Travels for all my international travels for at least 20 years now and have been very satisfied with their services. I deal with Ashish directly and have found him to be very polite, courteous and helpful. Even when I have contacted him on weekends or at odd hours he has been very patient and understanding and helped me out. I have been using Rewards Travel for many years for travel to India. I have always appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. On my most recent trip to India, we were downgraded at the last minute by the airline due to a change of aircraft (with a different seating configuration), and a refund was owed to us by Air India due to the downgrade. Rewards Travel was very helpful in making sure that the refund was secured and returned to me. Kudos to Ashish for running a tight ship!
