I have lived in Rhodes Ferry Apt., almost a year now and I do have to say the maintenance here is very excellent and promoted and caring ..Between Page and Kevin they will go out of there way to make sure everything is in working condition to your satisfaction.. I would highly recommended these apts.
Great place to live at , regardless if single or have a family . ..

I'm going on my 4th year at Rhodes Ferry, and I can say that it is hands down, the best apartment community in Decatur. Being along the river and in the historic district is an added amenity. It's extremely quiet, well maintained, and any requests or issues are handled promptly. The apartments have been renovated both inside and outside. Paige has been great, and I feel truly cares about the residents. She listens, is understanding, and communicates well so you know what to expect. I highly recommend if you are looking in the area.

Location, location, location! I love living here in Old Decatur beside the Tennessee River. During my tenancy, the apartments have been upgraded, painted on the outside and the landscaping is lovely. Paige, the property manager is the BEST! She is always prompt to take care of any maintenance issues or concerns that I may have. Paige also holds special poolside and office Holiday socials! I love living conveniently to downtown events, shopping, dining and my church.

I have been at Rhodes Ferry now for a while it has been pleasant and nice since I’ve been living here especially the property manager Paige! From start to finish through the process Paige was very helpful in showing me different units to see what met my needs and wants and after viewing two other units it was the last unit that was a perfect fit for me and I love the location everything about it the train has become soothing for me which at first I was worried like how I’m gone get rest with a train lol but now I actually look forward to the train coming through on my side and love it! So overall Rhodes Ferry is a definite recommend for me to anybody that I know of looking for a place to live in Decatur Al.

I've lived here since the middle of September. I worked with Paige. She's a nice and helpful person to work with and it's always nice to have a text option for communication. So far I don't have any complaints, it's pretty much on the river, close to the park for kids, and have access to a lot of activities. Even though it's kind of close to the railroad tracks you can't really hear anything. Monthly rent is actually pretty decent for what you get. All together good place to stay.

I have been leasing here for over a year and have not had any issues. Any maintenance tickets get resolved quickly and Paige is always a pleasure to work with. She is always helpful and makes sure issues are resolved when they arise. I recommend this complex if you are looking for a place to live.
