Terrible customer service.

Took a flight and got stranded in a random state due to technical issues. When I reached out they didn’t answer any calls and texted me they couldn’t help me because I didn’t pay enough.

Kim is incredibly helpful and was able to arrange a fantastic charter trip for me in a pinch(AND it was my first time flying private!). Spoke with a bunch of other travel agencies that felt very cold, or didn't even reply when I reached out -- Kim at Richards World Travel, on the other hand, was very responsive and quick to handle my travel arrangements. A+

RWT is truly an amazing company and resource for my travel needs. The attention to detail, the courtesy of the staff, and of course the PRICES being unbeatable, make this my only go to travel agency. And yes... even in the era of Hotwire and Priceline and Hotel Tonight 🙂
