I worked with Regina on one of our virtual events which was basically a virtual conference in which Regina represented the client as their event manager. We build up a custom designed virtual conference in a short span of time and it went out to be very successful. Regina was an absolute pleasure to work with; she was easy to communicate to, well organized and always on top of things, making sure that we always keep ahead of schedule while managing the client's expectations about everything related to the event. Holy wow - you guys! All I can say is, if you have the opportunity of hiring Rise Events for your wedding or event, you’re the LUCKIEST people to have them lead your day! There are so many incredible things to say about Regina and her team. This lovely human reached out to me to photograph a couples’ wedding in Palisades, CA. The caveat? She had the task of building a dream team with only 12 weeks to their wedding date after the couple decided they couldn’t wait another year to get married. Regina not only planned their entire FLAWLESS wedding within 12 weeks, but she did so with grace, tenacity, and enthusiasm, pulling off a beautifully detailed, extraordinary wedding. She was a rockstar with not only tending to the clients’ needs, but was accommodating and a team player for all vendors involved, ensuring we had the most smooth and successful day! Did I mention this wedding was on the west coast… and she planned all of this from the east coast? There are few magical unicorn event planners in this industry, and Regina happens to be one of them. SO very stoked to have worked alongside her and hoping our paths continue to cross in the future. Do yourself a favor and hire them!

I used to own an event planning company and had to downsize. I was extremely stressed out because I had clients I needed to refer and I knew in the future others would ask me who I would recommend. I am EXTREMELY picky with my expectations of event planners. Details, presentation, customer satisfaction, idea generation... these are just a couple of the things I expect. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do.

And then... into my life a little Rise appeared. 😉 Regina and the Rise Event Production team are out of this world. For starters, as the owner, Regina is beyond incredible. I call her “mini-me” (she’s a pint-size package of passion) with her level of attentiveness and event enthusiasm. She runs this company as I ran mine and I have the greatest level of respect for her. Regina has personally been I in producing many events I have been a part of in my new career role and they’ve gone amazingly. She also took over a few of my past clients, and even though it’s hard for me to admit, I think they like her better. Lol!! Of course, I’m being a bit silly, but I have had them ALL share rave reviews.

Fast forward to the world of the pandemic. Regina embraced the disruption and became a leader in virtual and hybrid events. She and her team worked tirelessly to learn the nuances and challenges and platforms, etc of the “new world of events” and are doing it flawlessly.

Unfortunately for everyone across the globe there is always the chance of getting a call from a friend you saw who tells you “they have COVID” and now you need to quarantine. No big deal, right? Wrong... when you have a massive decor installation and setup in a couple days for a very influential client. Well, the crazy event planner people tend to flock together so when she needed an extra set of hands she called me and I didn’t hesitate to help out. Now, as a previous business owner I wasn’t sure how it would go with me having to take direction from someone else, I was going to throw caution to the wind and try. WOW am I glad I did. The Rise Event Production team I worked with was OUTSTANDING. Leadership was great and the whole team were a pleasure to work alongside. Of course, “mini-me” (aka Regina) had total faith in her team, but also wanted them to know she supported them so she made herself available and video-conferenced in for any questions.

Lastly, Regina has a huge heart. She has chosen a few key organizations to partner with and give services to and she always delivers on her word.

I give a wholehearted recommendation to Rise Event Production for on-ground, hybrid, and virtual events. Essentially if you can imagine it... they can create and execute it with precision. 💜🦋

I love to dance, I love spaghetti, I love to snuggle my kids… I don’t love putting together events. When it came time to organize Ohana’s grand opening, I knew I had to outsource some incredible talent. Regina & RISE Event Productions knocked it out of the park (or, dance studio, I should say). They were AMAZING. Regina’s dedication to communication & logistics prior to the event was so impressive, and her professionalism on the day of was top notch.
