Worst customer service. I called in to check out the fares, few days ago, a representative just started yelling as soon as I gave him the information needed to check out the fares. He said, "How many times would you call in, to check the fares" Even though, I was calling them for the very first time. Moreover, He was not even willing to give me the exact fares when I wanted to get the fares by changing different dates. He kept on saying, " you wont get any cheaper than that". Very rude. Kept on arguing.

Called this morning at the toll free number for an international ticket .His cell phone was ringing and he said I will call you back in 5 minutes. I am not sure if this is how a business runs . And then phone rings , someone picks and then disconnects it.
