We were visiting Little Rock for few days, and decided to do some physical activity, and what better way then hop on a bike and explore! We both got standard mountain bikes, very well maintained, and great Quality. They also offer electric bikes if you’re feeling lazy. The check-in process was easy and painless. Everett was very kind and patient with us. Told us which way to go and best places to see. We Ended up biking to the Big Dam Bridge and back which was around 18 miles there and back. If you’re not used to riding bikes, time yourself as you may be running out of time.

Will definitely do it again and highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful day after renting e-bikes from Rock Town. We took them up to the Emerald cliffs where our parents wouldn’t normally be able to bike to without the assistance of the e-bike. We had beautiful weather and the bikes were in appropriate working condition for our 6 hours of use. The staff was professional and communicative. Bikes came with locks and helmets but you should plan to bring your own bungees for any packs on the back racks you’d like to bring along. Overall great experience and would rent from them again!

E-bike ran out of juice after 70 minutes, starting with a full battery. I did a simple riverside loop out to Big Dam Bridge and spent most of the way back pedaling without juice, which was hard.

I was a little disappointed because I had asked in advance if there was any risk of running out of battery, and was told to try my best, as nobody had ever run out in a 2-hour rental and the range should be for well over 4 hours. I was nervous when the four bars were down to 2 in the first 30 minutes.

I told them upon returning what happened, and they simply said "oh, that hasn't happened before" without suggesting maybe there's something wrong with the bike (it simply got plugged back in), let alone offering any type of discount on the rental.

Otherwise, the folks are friendly, the location is good and the bike was comfortable while the battery worked, so here's hoping you don't get this bike with a presumably faulty battery.

Super helpful owner. It was a rainy day and he gave us good advice, and was great in communicating about pick up and drop offs. Bikes were excellent and the trail (particularly on the north side) is terrific. I rent bikes every new town I go to and this shop was top notch and very customer focused.

Easy to quickly rent a bike & get out there to enjoy miles of river trails. If this is your first time in Little Rock, this should be on your must-do list.

Sam, the owner, is warm and a great host! He is excellent at sizing the bikes and ensuring a safe and fun adventure in one of the prettiest parts of Arkansas. Equipment is of great quality. He makes the award-winning Arkansas trails accessible for anyone.

Such a great experience. Got there a little early and so he got us all set up. Showed us a great map and suggested the bike route. The bikes were so smooth and comfortable and rode great. Knocked out 20 miles in two hours. Such a delight. Highly recommend if you’re in Little Rock.
