My daughter in law and son’s wedding was in November of 2023. It was one of the first few weddings after the opening of this wedding venue. Everything was so enjoyable, from decor to food. It was so nice to have everything handled by Delieta, the venue, food, wedding cake, decorations and wedding planning. Delieta and Angie were great, from the planning, organization, and helpful hints to a perfect day! All of the guests were very complimentary to the venue itself, decorations, and food. Will and have recommended this venue to many people looking to plan and book their perfect wedding day.

Our experience at Rockledge Terrace was a mix of cherished memories and areas for improvement. Being among the first weddings held at the venue since opening in October 2023 added a special touch to our celebration.

Delieta is a Jack-of-all-trades. She was our wedding planner, day coordinator, and everything in between.
The venue itself was stunning, offering a magical setting for our celebration. Delieta's dedication was evident in every aspect, ensuring flawless execution from decor setup to ceremony coordination. Angie's support was invaluable, keeping me and everyone else grounded.

However, there were noticeable hiccups that impacted our overall experience. The morning snack lacked organization, with chips and donuts creating a messy affair. While the rehearsal dinner was enjoyable, part of our order was overlooked. Despite providing guest numbers and meal preferences, there was a shortfall in meals for the wedding, leaving some guests dissatisfied. Although an alternative was offered, it did not meet expectations. Additionally, while the food was delicious, the absence of tasting sessions was a missed opportunity.

Delieta provided valuable vendor recommendations and showed genuine care for our satisfaction. The DJ was very talented, but we should have provided our music list before the event. We were still trying to get together the wedding programs and other details, which caused a delay in the delivery of the music to the DJ. We provided a list of fast and slow-paced music, but more slow-paced songs were played instead of mixing both. We had to ask for a change because guests started leaving. The lighting experience was fantastic!

A miscommunication arose regarding the expectation of covering the fireplace. Despite email exchanges suggesting that Rockledge Terrace would handle it, we discovered a week before the event that it was our responsibility. Additionally, we anticipated a photographer's presence at the rehearsal, which unfortunately did not align with the arrangements.

Angie's talent extended beyond creating beautiful flowers; she ensured my happiness throughout the wedding day, and her prayer provided profound comfort.

Despite these challenges, We are grateful for the team's hard work and dedication. The cherished memories of our special day eclipse these shortcomings, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Rockledge Terrace team for their efforts in making it a memorable occasion.

Given the venue's relatively recent establishment, I am confident they will refine their processes and make future events seamless.
