My wife and I have worked with Rockwell 3 times over the last 4 yrs- once booking an all-inclusive through them, and twice accompanying them on cruises. They are the consummate professionals! From first contact to final good bye, they have the trip under control!
Along with this, they are also a lot of fun to travel with.
And please note, we are not from their area... yet they work very well with us in NY!

If you are looking for a travel agent with a really bad attitude my suggestion is you come here. For someone who travels often all over the world, we were looking for a local travel agent who would help us, be interested in us and take care of us. My husband and I have began our research on our travel to Australia. We stopped by the booth at Steampunk Honesdale. The gentleman at the booth was exceedingly rude to us. He did not look up from shuffling brochures around while we asked him questions. We passed the booth two times prior and it was unoccupied. Brochures were there but no one was at the booth. This person could not have been any been any more disinterested in us.
