The ONLY reason this place got 2 stars instead of 1 was because the manager gave me $1 for his vending machine for water.
I needed a late night hotel on a holiday (MLK JR Day), after a flight back home to Florida was cancelled. The manager completely spoke over me on the phone, told me hurry up great room, each time and hung up. I had further questions.

Upon arrival, the mattress had dirty animal paw prints on it, the headboard was cloth and pilled as if and animal were scratching it, there were spiders in the corner of the room taking residence.
The door did not close properly and let a cold draft in all night.
The sheets were so stained I slept in my clothes all night on top of the comforter.

The shower floor was dirty, I didn’t even use it.

Overall, a horrible experience.

If you care for your safety and health move on the the next hotel. Was traveling and roads got bad so had to find a place to stay quickly. Choosing this hotel was the worst mistake. The bed was full of bed bugs, there was dirty and ripped sheets, bed bugs all over mattress. Fecal matter on the chair food crusted all over the tv and holes in the walls with wires hanging out. We went to talk to front desk and the just said not refund and walked in the back office refusing to help/accommodate. As an added bonus when we got back out to the car there was someone a couple cars down smoking a crack pipe. So please don’t make the same mistake and I!

DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE. OMG .. if we hadn’t drove 16 hours and absolutely needed to put our head down, we would have left. Bed did have clean sheets, but you could put your hand outside around the window AC unit. Switch plates were none existent and there was 6” between the bed and entrance to bathroom. Bathroom was dirty and towels were sitting on window sill, that you could have pushed the window out. The people living there had furniture outside, BBQs and hanging around. Mostly out back. 2am was a side show with women fighting and one jumping on the hood of a car and hanging on for dear life to the windshield wipers as the car took off out of the parking lot. Pizza boxes everywhere and discarded cups sitting on our AC unit. Tape holding the curtains up. SHOULD HAVE SLEPT IN CAR.

Friend picked this place because it was cheap. We stayed long enough to use the toilet. Place was filthy. Towels were streaked with black "something", shady characters living there - yes living there and just generally bad. The mattress was so stained when I checked for bed bugs that I almost threw up I have tossed less stained items. Took the bags back to the car to find nose print on the window where someone was looking to see what was inside. No doubt we would have not had windows the next morning. When we went back to the office to checkout we were offered another room - Umm no nope we're outta here.|DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This place was a quick stop for a 1 night stay for having a bed and bathroom for our mid point stop. We purchased a NON SMOKING ROOM. It was disgusting, cigarette burns in both blankets on both beds, the top decor sheet/blanket has disgusting stains all over one of them. They only gave you 2 VERY THIN SOFT PILLOWS on EACH BED!!! They provide you with 2 bath mats, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth for a room with 4 people, 2 full beds! They had 1 roll of toilet paper on the holder that literally had 8 sheets of toilet paper and 1 full roll on the back of the toilet. All towels have black and brown stains all over them!

The mini fridge was in a cabinet with a bureau attached and had sticky stains all through the cabinet so you couldn't put your stuff in it. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, had back pain waking up throughout the night. The shower water pressure was absolutely horrible also and hot water was WAY WAY WAY TOO HOT! Thank God I made sure to check it before my children tried it. If you can't be around much dust THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!! They don't dust AT ALL!

I went to checkout this morning at 7am and the owner came out, I told him all about everything and he literally DIDN'T CARE! He said " OH WELL SOME PEOPLE DO THAT" No joke this is what he said and he said goodbye! You couldn't really understand him at all either and with the plexi glass they have across the counter makes it extremely hard to hear him to try to understand him.

My family and I WON'T EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! The only ok thing about this place was the location and the TV!!!

We had a non smoking room which smelled of smoke also had cigarette burn holes in blankets. No grip bars in bathroom and I feel out of the shower the tube was very slippery and had no grip inside tube. Ended up pulling curtain down and hurting both my arms and hip. Tried calling main desk room phone was no dail tone called from cell and got mailbox full called trip advisor and got no answer from them. Told manager next morning and he said he would tell owner about needing handrail and some kind of rubber mat. Doubt if anything happens. Only thing that was good was Ac worked.

I stayed at this location on 5/14/23 and to be honest, I'm pretty mystified by some of the poor reviews of the property. I'll start off by saying that Philip checked me in on Sunday night and checked me back out on Monday morning. You'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier, more welcome guy anyplace. He started everything off the right way for me! After completing the check-in, I went to my room, kind of around the side of the property (room 154 if I remember correctly) and once inside, I was very surprised how nice the room was! Everything has been remodeled pretty recently. The paint looked fresh, the furniture and fixtures in the room were all bright and clean looking and the bed was AMAZING. If a previous guest hadn't at some point gouged one of the walls with the back of a chair, I would have thought I might be the first one to be housed there. I almost never get a good night of sleep anyplace other than home, but that was NOT an issue here! The bed was perfect, the climate control in the room was perfect and privacy was perfect. I was traveling with my dog for a job the next day in the area and the big grass field along the side of the property was a great spot to walk him. The property could use a little TLC on the exterior maybe, but the overall comfort and conditions were awesome for the price paid. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book another room at this location next time I'm working in the area!

You can cancel your booking up until 3pm but cannot check in until 3pm so when you arrive and you see that the rooms are filthy, you cannot cancel your reservation. The place is disgusting, the sheets are dirty, it smells, and there are bed bugs. Do not bother staying here. Just spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.
