I was riding the bus from the Hershey campground to the park and I’m a bus enthusiast so I was talking to the driver and he was really nice and knowledgeable about buses. I wish I remember his name but it was last year so unfortunately I don’t. He was super nice and he let me test the emergency exit windows which is something my high school bus driver always let me do. That was really nice of him to let me do that. U guys have some awesome drivers.

Horrible and completely unsafe place to work. They do not upkeep their vehicles like they should. Honestly I'm not sure how it's even legal to drive the kids in their vehicles.

I wanted to compliment the young man driving bus 1161 today from Hershey RV Camping Resort to Hersheypark. He went out of his way to be friendly and most helpful. What a great Experience. He was younger, very tall with black hair.

I just went a year and a half with no ac in my work van. I was sent here which is an hour an a half from my home because they are allegedly a certified service center for transair. The first time I went they knew I was waiting and literally let me sit in the waiting room until they closed only to tell me that it was not fixed and they had to order parts.

The second time I came they told me it was fixed. I was not even on the highway yet and it was very clearly not fixed. I called back immediately and was told I would have to make another appointment. They sunk me for over 1300 to not fix my ac. I finally got it fixed by a local diesel mechanic. I'm still perplexed that they charged me this amount of money to not fix it. My bill when it actually did get fixed was half of what they charged me

Do NOT use this company, unless you're going to be sent to an out of state prison for execution. They will NOT show up on time because they WON'T remember to schedule you, they WON'T tell you the truth as to why you are waiting and waiting and waiting, they DON'T care that 10's of thousands of dollars of tour and airline fees are at risk because of their dishonest carelessness and when they finally DO show....it WON'T be in a tour bus! It will be a school bus without AC to take your loved ones the 4 hour trip to JFK (on a 90 degree day) at which point you're not even sure they'll get there in time. Use this company if you wish to avoid your execution. Guaranteed way to survive. I want my friggin money BACK!

FOLLOW UP: Well, they showed up at JFK to pick everyone up.......on time....in a school bus......without AC, on the last day of June. You people at Roher should be ashamed. AND offering 25 bucks a head for a refund. Pathetic excuse for a business.
