As a bridal hair stylist, I am always so happy when I see their name on my brides' vendor list. They are organized and responsive - I never have to worry about not having the information I need to determine my own timeline. Where do I even begin? The Rosie team is amazing. I completed the inquiry form on their website which was fun and intimate making it feel personalized to me. During our initial phone conversation, I spoke with Lydia who was sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a wonderful person. We connected instantly and I knew that she was someone who would enhance our wedding day. I met up with Lydia in person to discuss our day-of timeline. This was extremely helpful as I had struggled to figure this out myself and it created a great outline for myself and other vendors to bounce off of. I was so nervous for our engagement photos. My husband and I are not usually comfortable in front of a camera and I was so worried I’d feel ugly in almost all photos we got back. Lydia was so flexible and open with our requested locations. She helped position us while also capturing photos in the moment. When she delivered our engagement photos, we were amazed! I was in love with every single photo. I’ve never experienced that before… a love for myself in a photo. It was wild! As time led up to our wedding day, the Rosie team was quick and easy to communicate with. They offered answers to any question we had. They communicated with our vendors as well to ensure a smooth day. The wedding day was absolute magic. Lydia, Donnie, and Karrie worked as our photo and video team and they were amazing. They were professional, kind, thoughtful, dependable, and so fun to be around. When you think about your big day, you spend more time with your vendors than you spend with your guests. It was so important for us to enjoy who we spent our day with and the Rosie team felt exactly like lifelong friends. When taking bridal portraits, Lydia and Donnie would stop me to show me a snippet of photo or video and it would WOW me right away. How could any human beings capture something so beautiful so effortlessly?! We received our photos and video in a timely manner and they all brought us to tears. There is not a single photographer that I haven’t swooned over. I couldn’t believe that it was me and my husband in those photos. The video left me speechless and teary-eyed. The love they captured will be something myself and my family will hold near and dear to our hearts forever. The Rosie team was an absolute dream. They provided quality products in a reasonable time. They offered support and knowledge in areas I hadn’t even considered as a bride.
