The view and sunset makes standard spots into something special. The bathrooms are clean, the shower water is hot, and the community kitchen is well maintained. The other tenants and staff are welcoming and friendly! Great for tents and RVs.

Quiet and relaxing place. A small little RV park but we were happy and comfortable. We will return. We did not use the bathouse, laundry, or clubhouse.

Nice, quiet place. Beautiful views. Cheapest monthly rate we have found out here. Camp hosts are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Final update. They finally returned one of my texts Saturday. Said they would cancel the reservation. I asked about the deposit and they said they’ll refund it minus a $5 cancellation fee. I’ll believe it when I see it. Still hasn’t been refunded.
So we were there 7 days. The office was occupied exactly zero times. They returned zero voicemails. Answered the phone zero times. Leaving at one star because of the customer service. Or rather lack thereof.
Update: It’s Friday. I’ve walked to the office multiple times a day since Monday. Not once has anybody been there. I’ve called the number on the door every day since Monday. Not once has anybody answered. I’ve left a VM every day since Monday. Never been called back. Dropping rating.
Nice quiet park. Nothing much around, it's a pretty good drive to ge to anything, really. I've never seen the office unlocked. Arrived Sunday and called and the owner answered right away. I guess expecting my arrival. I've walked to the office 4 or 5 times the last couple of days and called multiple times. Left voice mails. Texted. Sent an email. I've tried everything but a carrier pigeon and can't reach anybody. I need to cancel a reservation I have in a couple of weeks because plans have changed and just can't get hold of a soul.

Also, the owner made a point of asking me to pick up after our dog when we checked in. I can see why, because there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. We must be the only ones picking up after.

This small RV park has everything you need. Besides full hook-ups it has laundry facilities, showers, and restrooms. They also have a really nice library with books on cd's available for folks staying here.

Off the beaten path, low rates.
Fit our Class A towing a trailer, extra vehicle and our tent. Nothing fancy, just a site. Good stop over if you want quiet and a nice sunset view.
Single shower and 2 toilets in the Restroom, either men's or women's. Exit out of "lower" lot steep and pinched, dragged our trailer a bit getting out.
Very nice people, low key.

Based on a positive review eight months ago, I stopped in here to refill water tanks for boondocking. The place is no Shangri-La. Grumpy old guy for a manager now. At first he just refused me on my water request, then ultimately accepted $10. I definitely wouldn't stay here unless you like the wastelands east of Needles or need a place to hide out.

This business website says “Passport America on as-available basis.” I called to confirm, the gentleman who picked up the phone was very flat and acted as though he didn’t know what I was talking about. I politely referred to the “as available-basis” referenced on their website to which he replied “I just answered your question.” Rude customer service- plenty of other places around to give our business to.
