Our wedding day was the best experience of my life. With the amount of work and energy going into a life event, I'm so happy we trusted Maile and her team at Rustic Rentals! We had a home backyard, wedding, and it was magical. They held our hand and walked us through every detail, process, & "things to know" before the big day, and we felt so confident going into our wedding day. She introduced us to some of the greatest vendors, rentals, etc. Maile created all of the florals, bouquets, centerpieces, tree garland, etc, and she did an exceptional job. She is so talented! If you're looking for someone who will capture your vision, execute, all with a smile on her face, Maile is your girl! She does more than just wedding plan, she does it all seamlessly. Thank you Maile, we created the best memories of our life, because of your help!

My husband and I just married a few days ago, and we hired Rustic Rentals LA through their customized wedding packaging; rental, floral, and day of coordination.Maile and her team have been amazing through the whole thing. We had a few hiccups throughout the planning and execution (which is always expected) but Maile was gracious enough to go above and beyond her job description and assist with speedy advice/ suggestions. I photographed a wedding with Rustic Rentals LA as part of the vendor team and beyond being such great people (seriously, staying down to earth while being on top of your stuff is HARD to balance) Maile and Caleb are so talented! I couldn't believe when the bride told me they made the bar themselves. The photo booth setup was perfect and so easy to use that we took a turn at it too! The pieces Rustic Rentals LA brought to the party really created an overall fun atmosphere for the guests and allowed the bride and groom to relax knowing everything was taken care of. And the fact that this family-owned business takes time and care to handcraft their rental items is so special. I will 100% be recommending them to future couples!

I can’t possibly recommend Rustic Rentals LA enough! Don’t let the name fool you, they do SO MUCH MORE than just rentals. I found Maile while looking for table rentals for my wedding, but soon after found out that she offers various event planning packages and incredible florals. Working with Maile and her team was the most seamless, joyous, and stress free experience. Being a bride and planning a wedding can be stressful, but Maile took care of every detail and made the process so much fun. The day of exceeded all of my expectations and I could just relax knowing I was in the best hands. If you’re planning your wedding, you will not regret working with her and her wonderful team!

Maile and her team were so amazing and I can not recommend them enough! I started working with Maile as my planner/coordinator about 2 months out from my wedding and it was the best thing I could have done! She made the final planning so easy and seamless by working with my vendors and ensuring they were on track and she was always available whenever I had questions or wanted her opinion on something. I can confidently say my wedding would not have turned out as perfect as it did without Maile there and I am so grateful to have been able to work with her! ☺️

If there were more stars to give, Maile and her incredible team at Rustic Rentals LA would deserve all of them.

This past weekend I married my best friend. When I arrived at our backyard wedding, I was blown away by the attention to detail and how Maile had made our vision come to life.

Needless to say, this isn’t just a rental company. Maile helped plan our entire wedding: the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and beyond. Her team made it all flow seamlessly and could not have been more gracious or polite.

If you’re looking to plan a wedding, or any event, large or small, I can’t recommend Rustic Rentals LA more.

LOVE Rustic Rentals! Maile and Caleb are so great and easy to work with. They make sure you're satisfied from beginning to end. Their products are handcrafted with love and it shows. I hired Maile to help me plan my wedding as well and to say she knows what she's doing is an understatement. She thought of things that I didn't and made the whole 'wedding planning process' easy to confront. I would highly highly recommend Rustic Rentals for beautiful furnishings for your event or wedding.
