Takes weeks to do a pm on a truck when taking truck in to get fixed it comes out not fixed place is horrible takes an hour just to get fuel their so called mechanic is useless n rude place sucks

Having to wait almost an hour for fuel is ridiculous. I get that Ryder uses the low on the totem pole mechanics to pump, and that mechanics are hard to get. So maybe it's time they start hiring people to just pump fuel. We are truck drivers, not doormats. Something has to be fixed.

If I could give a 0 I would. Danielle is the rudest person I have spoke to with Ryder. Fix your attitude or quit your job. Do yourself a favor and learn some customer service skills, you need them.

Great until the shop in Allentown called them to verify what was wrong with a truck, and the service manager told them we refused service earlier that morning... Which is funny considering we were waiting for a tow. Dont bother even calling these people, just go straight to Allentown.

Don't bother stopping here for fuel. You'll wait over an hour or more. This location is in such disarray that it would be better just to shut it down.
