Megan was such a pleasure to work with as our Day of Coordinator! During the wedding planning process, she helped answer any questions we had, recommended vendors, and ensured we were sticking to our timeline. She communicated with vendors and organized last minute details when we approached our wedding date. On the day of our wedding, she was more than we could have ever asked for! She setup tables, decor, and coordinated with our vendors. We never had to worry about checking our phones to ensure everything was going to planned because we trusted Megan with making our dream wedding vision come true. We never worried about the day of timeline because Megan was on top of everything. It was the wedding of our dreams and it could not have happened without Megan!

Working with Sage Event Co. was what made our wedding the perfect day. Planning our wedding from across the country wasn’t going to be easy even with all the help in the world but Megan (and Hattie) eased our worries throughout the whole process. While we came to Megan with snippets and adjectives describing how we envisioned the big day, she went above and beyond in making our vision come true in the most beautiful of places- Bellingham, WA.

Megan was so organized and truly knows every in and out of planning, designing and running a wedding. She was one of our best advocates in making sure we were heard throughout the whole process and was so patient and communicative with our crazy families and friends on the day.

We kept waiting for the other shoe to drop- for us to eventually feel overwhelmed and anxious about the execution of wedding planning but because of Megan, we just felt excitement, at ease and so assured in our choices for the day.

Megan and the Sage Event Co. team were some of the first vendors we hired for our wedding and WOWEE did we make the right choice. As our Day-Of Coordinator, Megan and her assistant Paityn made sure that our day went SO smoothly. She did an incredible job with the set-up and decor, fielded any and all questions, and made sure that I didn't have to think about my phone or the logistics of the day at all. I didn't wear a watch or check what time it was because Megan was all over our schedule.

Leading up to our wedding Megan always had vendor suggestions, answered every question I had, talked me off of every ledge, and was just a joy to work with. She has a easy smile and calm demeanor and if you need someone to make sure you have "the best day ever" Sage Event Co has you covered. Our wedding was everything I could have dreamed of and more because of her help in the planning and the flawless execution. We will forever be indebted to Megan and her team!

Megan did an amazing job as our day of coordinator! I met her at a friend’s wedding and knew right away I wanted to hire her for ours!! She has great communication and was very flexible with any additions/changes we wanted to make to our timeline. She also did an amazing job of minimizing our stress levels leading up to the big day! We had the potential of rain on our wedding day and Megan was beyond helpful communicating with our venue managers about inclement weather solutions only days before the wedding. She and her assistant were on top of everything the day of. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and great at anticipating our needs throughout the whole day!! I’m so glad we went with Megan as our DOC, she really took all the stress off of us so we could fully enjoy our special day! I’ll be recommending her services to any future brides I know!

Megan from Sage Events planned our full wedding in March of 2024, and did an amazing job! She was always so easy to reach, and was so supportive that really helped calm all my wedding-related anxieties. All of the vendors she found were great and she helped fit it all in our budget. On the actual day, everything ran so smoothly that if anything had been off, we would’ve had no idea! My family, friends, and I could really just think about the day and all of those emotions. We did not have to worry about a single logistic. We couldn’t have been happier with the day, and really credit Megan and Sage Events for their work to curate the best day for us!
