I had never used a travel agent before Sail Away Cruise and travel, and it was a wonderful experience. Scott always goes above and beyond to assure our vacation is the best. He watches closely for price drops on our cruises. For our upcoming cruise in January, he has already gotten us four price reductions, resulting in a savings of about $400. Most travel agents would not do this for their clients as it results in a lower commission for them. We would highly recommend using Scott for all your vacation needs.

I want to thank you Scott, for your professionalism in everything that you did for us. You did an awesome job in helping us pick a vacation destination. Even when forces out of your control tried to cancel the vacation you went above and beyond to get us back on track with new dates and airline tickets. On paper the vacation was what we wanted. Unfortunately Covid had other plans. Thank you for continuing to assist us once at our destination and getting us home.
