We worked with Chef Jess for 7+ years. Having Chef Jess come every week was simply amazing: I knew that we would get great tasting, healthy food for the family every week. While each member of family had their favorites (our older daughter loved the steamed clams and the caesar salad, our younger daughter loved the salmon and latkes, I loved the rolling lettuce chicken wraps, and my husband loved the Shaking Beef with jade rice), what was just as fun was watching Chef Jess use her creativity to come up with new ideas and try new things out, from Mediterranean to various Asian flavors to Californian and American and so much more. We also gardened a lot, so partnering to use produce fresh from our yard in the meals was also fun for years, where we traded tips on how to best use tomatoes or the stone fruit, for example. Every meal included an amazing salad with dressings, and she has an fantastic variety of dressings! Over the years, Chef Jess became a real part of the family: the girls loved her, looked forward to seeing her, and even started learning some of how to cook and prep from her! Ever since she moved, we've missed her! We highly recommend Chef Jess!

We used Chef Jess for our 50 person wedding Anniversary. Our guest were so impressed by the food and service and so were we . Everything was so fresh and healthy and unique. The green salad had this amazing champagne basil dressing. I've never had anything like it. All of the meat was grilled to perfection. The bleu cheese potatoe salad was the best I've ever had! And for one of our appetizers she did fresh vietnamese spring rolls. They were so perfect for the hot day. Jess and her staff were so easy to work with. Everyone was so friendly and smiling throughout our party. And best of all I felt like the price was reasonable. I got several quotes and taste tests from other caterers and this was by far the best food for the money. Several of my guests have since asked for her contact info for their own events. I highly recommend this company.

Jessica has been my personal chef now for about eight years. Before that, I'd had a number of personal chefs (I'm just not a cook), and within a month of hiring Jessica I can't believe I kept the others. After experiencing the outstanding food and service that Chef Jess provides, I'm ruined for anyone else. There is no comparison.

First, Jess is a warm and friendly presence in my home, which is important because I work from home and have two teenage boys. We're always there while she cooks.

Second, she customizes the food and service tremendously to fit our needs, tastes and desires. She has a huge repertoire of menu choices so she's able to do that easily. She shares what she cooks for others sometimes and it's very different from our tastes and desires, yet her other clients love her and her cooking just as much. Over the years our own menus have changed, in order to adapt to special diets I needed for my weight, and for my health. She always makes it work, serving up consistently tasty and appropriate food for both myself and my boys.

Third, she works to offer outstanding value for my hard earned money and succeeds, where most other personal chefs have been pricey and less generous with what they provide. She works within my budget, and uses what's on hand to cut costs when needed.

Finally, she doesn't use recipes, because the same ingredients can taste different for various reasons, changing the flavor from one batch to the next. Each dish is a work of art, which she pours love and attention into (as well as spices and seasoning), so it tastes fabulous every single time.
