Have been using Sam as an insurance agent for 15+ yrs!! I love the lady's in the office as well. They are helpful n kind. I recommend this agency if you have trouble getting insurance due to accidents or increasing prices from other insurance companies. Their prices are very fair.

I have been working with Sam and his team for nearly 15yrs for both home and auto insurance. Not only does Sam go above and beyond for his clients, he always has the best price! Time and time again I would think I found a not too shabby of a quote online for Sam to come back with equal or better coverage at a lower price! He is always there when something goes wrong and goes to bat for you when he has to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a policy with this location for a very short time because I found an insurance company who offered me lower rates. I ended my policy in early august and was supposed to receive a refund. I waited two weeks as I was told by their company and received nothing, so I called. The woman who answered didn't know what she was doing and couldn't telling me when I would receive the check. So I waited a few more weeks, still nothing. The woman told me that it would be about a month, even though over a month already had passed.

I called back a few days ago and was "lucky" enough to speak with the owner, Sam. Turns out my address was wrong and so was my phone number. But it was correct when sent in by the car company I purchased from... He was completely rude to me, condescendingly calling me "honey", "sweetheart" and "dear" after I repeatedly asked him not to. I needed to ask him a few questions but after he gave me his explanation (which was blaming me) he hung up on me. I still had questions, so I called back. He hung up on me each time but not before saying, "You are annoying me now!", "I am done talking to you." and my favorite, "I am going to call the cops if you call again." All because I had additional simple questions that he refused to answer.

This man does not know how to speak to people and does NOT know how to run a business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
