There are so many beautiful museums, buildings and gardens in Balboa Park, with interesting stories. Definitely worth-while!

My husband and I really enjoyed our walking tour of Balboa Park. Our guide, Jennifer, was knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed learning about the history of the park and San Diego. I am really glad we took this tour, because we would have missed so many of these sites on our own. As we build our itinerary for our next trip to San Diego, lots of Jennifer suggestions are on our list. We will also be signing up for another tour with San Diego Walks.

We did the Balboa Park tour with Jennifer after a morning at the San Siego Zoo. I'm glad we went. We were a group of less than 10 which was needed since the park was busy that day. We learned so much history and saw the many museums, shops and restaurants have to offer. The park is beautiful! So much greenery & gardens. Jennifer was a GREAT guide! Would recommend for a starter to know how to navigate Balboa Park.

Jennifer was our tour guide through San Diego old town and we had an amazing time with her! She was friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had about the old town, and was so knowledgeable about all parts of the tour. We wouldn’t have gotten half out of the day if we didn’t have Jennifer! Would recommend her to anyone and we are sad we aren’t in San Diego longer to experience different tours with her! We did the Old Town History, Tacos, and Tequila tour with Jennifer. She was super knowledgeable and entertaining! We really enjoyed the tour. The tacos and guava margaritas were delicious!!! We’ll definitely be back to that restaurant. We are looking forward to checking out some of the other tours offered by San Diego Walks!

I highly enjoyed my tour around Old Town San Diego with Jennifer at San Diego Walks. I had never explored this part of San Diego before so just getting to know it was quite lovely. With her warm personality, Jennifer shared a lot of history and really interesting facts about the area. Also, I really appreciated the format in which she provided the food. Unlike the typical food tour, especially pre-COVID, I appreciated having a couple of less food stops, enjoying absolutely delicious house-made tortillas in a park and then sitting down to eat really delicious tacos, a flight of tequila and an extra margarita (that I paid extra for) at El Agave. Overall, a wonderful experience!
