Absolutely terrible. I walked into this place and the manager gave me the index finger and rudely told me to sit as if she was talking to an animal. Very rude and obviously discriminatory in whom they want as clients.

My initial contact with Sanditz was pleasant and the agent I spoke with was helpful. We decided my initial travel destination (Japan) wouldn't work and agreed on another (Germany). The agent said that she would gather information and call me back. I never heard back from her--no phone calls and no emails.
In two days I'll be traveling to Germany, Austria and France. I've planned a number of vacations and was hoping to avoid the hassle this time around, but that didn't work out. So I made all of the arrangements for this vacation.
I may choose to work with a travel agency in the future, but will definitely avoid Sanditz.

We had the pleasure of working with Karin Montiel on our recent trip to Europe. Karin respected our budget and our wishes. She planned our trip from start to finish and was patient with our many changes to the itinerary. We are very seasoned travelers with high expectations. Karin exceeded our expectations and eliminated the stress of trip-planning. As our plane landed back in the states, we looked at each other and promised to have Karin plan us another trip for the following year!
