We weren't expecting much from the trolley ride, but boy, were we surprised! Our driver, a local with over 20 years of experience, had the best stories for each location we visited. His tales brought the city to life in a way we never imagined.
The boys had an absolute blast, and the highlight of the trip was spotting a giraffe! I won't spoil the surprise—it's something you have to see for yourself. We even got a peek at the back gate of the Beanie Baby mansion, which was such a cool and unexpected sight.
This trolley ride is truly the best way to explore Santa Barbara in under two hours. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to discover the city's hidden gems!

We hired the SB Trolley company for our wedding day transportation and I'm so happy with our decision! Our planner coordinated multiple stops all throughout the day so our guests didn't have to worry about leaving their hotel to get to the church and reception, or getting back home. We got some incredible photos on our way to the ceremony, and our guests had so many funny stories about the trolleys as well it was a highlight for everyone! Thanks for the memories!

I lived in Santa Barbara from 2000-2011 and, as a result, I know a bit about the city. However, after being away for 10 years since my last visit, I thought it’d be fun to be a tourist per se and perhaps learn some new facts. Also, I didn’t rent a car and wanted to see places I couldn’t easily walk to. The tour guide and driver did a great job in sharing interesting facts about the city and area that included the history of its founding. Also it turned out that his family had been in SB for 10 generations. The tour definitely hit all the highlights of the area with a short stop at the “Queen of the Missions” for a bathroom break. I’m rather surprised that the 90 min tour was only $28 which is such a bargain, I believe. This trolley tour definitely a good first activity to get a sense of the city. I also met a really nice couple from Colorado.

On a short day trip from LA and thought we would do the Trolley. Was fantastic to see key sights and learn about the history of the area before having time to explore on our own for the rest of the day. Highly recommend.

Our driver gave us a lot of fun facts about the city. Didn't know motel 6 was the first city that built its first hotel! So much to see will probably do it again next time we come for the weekend!

Our senior group took this trolley ride around Santa Barbara today. I must say that each and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our driver/guide was Chuck was absolutely great. He was so knowledgeable about the history and special facts about what we were passing. We all learned so much about the city and many would like to come back and explore more about the places we had seen. Santa Barbara is so beautiful and has so much to enjoy. Thank you, Chuck

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The host was so friendly and funny! We absolutely loved the trip he was super helpful and very descriptive. If it wasn't for this tour, we wouldn't have known anything about the city of Santa Barbara. After we got off, we felt like we knew the whole cities history and where to go! It was fun and they aren't strict on bringing bags or water bottles ... the prices were affordable! The tour was about an hour and a half, and every minute was definitely worth it! 🥰
