We went all the way out to the Channel Islands where we saw some six whales in total, including a mother and calf. The crew were awesome and kept searching until we found some whales. We also really enjoyed the seals, sea lions, and pelicans. The boat is really modern and fast and I would definitely recommend this over bigger boats if you're comfortable with a smaller vessel a few miles offshore.\"

Awesome experience, would do it over and over again. The crew knows what they are doing and try their best to find the animals while taking care that they aren't disturbed at the same time. The ride on the boat was fun already, but nothing can describe what we encountered off shore. We came very close to a young male humpback whale and two huge female humpbacks, and spend some time with each of them. Then, we encountered a large group of dolphins that followed our boat, living their best life. We could almost Touch them. Please do book a trip with this company, I 100 percent encourage you!

Had an absolutely incredible time today on the water. We were beyond lucky to see two pods of Orcas with babies frolicking for hours. Adam was a knowledgeable tour guide who clearly had a great respect for the ocean animals. Boat had very comfortable seats and was a great size for being able to zip around and follow the whales. Super happy with our overall experience with this company. Must do in Santa Barbara!

We had so much fun searching for whales with the crew! We loved the small group size compared to other boat companies in town. We learned a ton and got to see some of the most amazing creatures. We found 10+ blue whales, 2 humpbacks, and lots of common dolphins. The crew had blankets for everyone when the high speeds got chilly which was really thoughtful. Highly recommend Santa Barbara Whale Watch!

Very nice excursion. Saw lits of dolphins and a few whales. Went to Santa Cruz Island and very close to the painted cave. The food on board was outstanding - better than in some restaurants. I had a BLT and my son a burger and both were freshly cooked on the boat. They also have various drinks including alcohol. Toilets were clean and not tiny. Overall great experience

Disclaimer; I'm Dutch, so teribbly blunt and brutally honest.

This was my 4th whalewatching trip (been in Iceland, South-Africa and Taiwan before) and I tought I was cursed, because I never saw a whale before.

But let me tell you, the curse has lifted! This trip was a-ma-zing.. We saw hundreds of dolphins en more then 15 whales. And because the boat is not that big, you can get really close, almost touching them.

Apart from that the crew was so relaxed, and know a lot about the environment. We got all the time to look, take pictures and ask questions.

So long story short; the best!
