She helped with communication with the venue, she was punctual on the day of the event, and was present and active during the event. We loved working with Salina for our wedding planning and decoration. She did a great job coordinating everything and talking to all our vendors and making sure everything was on track. She also did a great job with decorating both venues for the ceremony and the reception. She was there for us all the time and took care of all emergencies that happened. When things went wrong, Salina was there to fix them and make sure everything went our way. It was such a pleasure to work with her. Everyone was so impressed with her work. She gave us what we wanted and more.

Salina’s heart is in the right place but my experience was similar to the other negative wedding reviews. She is not competent at coordinating weddings and other larger events. In the beginning, she seemed professional on the phone and her website decor pictures were beautiful. She also recommended an amazing baker, Brittany, who made us a beautiful delicious custom cake for the price of a Publix cake and matching gluten free cupcakes! Unfortunately, the more we worked with Salina, the more started to go wrong. She lacks organizational, communication, and time management skills. She was forgetful and needed constant reminders as if she wasn’t even taking notes on what we talked about. The first several months of working with her, she profusely promised to include rental of the decorations she already owned, an assistant, putting up the decorations, and services for a larger wedding than we ended up having. A month before, she refused to provide us these services unless we paid hundreds of dollars extra. It took us hours on the phone with her to accomplish things that took just a few minutes with our other vendors. We discussed these issues throughout the process of working with her and there was no improvement. I became so concerned with her abilities that I made an organized document of the wedding events and what she was responsible for doing. I met with her ahead of time to go over this document to answer questions and make sure everything was understood. I also delegated as many of her duties as possible to others. Despite me making it as easy as I possibly could for her, the wedding was very poorly coordinated. Most of her responsibilities fell through the day of, causing me, my husband, our family and friends much stress filling in her duties during the wedding. Our photographers even got so frustrated trying to work with her that they resorted to having the venue manager step in to save the day. To end on a positive note, the partial wedding and complete rehearsal decorating jobs that she did for us were pretty good. She just needs to tidy up the final product a little.

This company is absolutely the best. I had no regret in hiring them to decorated my son First Communion celebration. Salina was great and very quick to respond. Thank you again Salina for never be tired in answering my questions. It doesn't matter what time, you always a phone call away. Your team did an excellent job and my son was very happy.

Got flustered and walked off the job by 8pm and was supposed to be there until 11pm. Made excuses for why things weren’t done and blamed others for the disorganization. Hung out with the guests instead of attending to the bride and groom. Said she would send a small partial refund back then never did. Would not recommend.
