Nice people 6.00 am appointment give door around 2 PM and loaded 6.30. Check in loading and unloading at 3rd Ave road. You must have ARB number.

Probably should set your GPS to take you right to 3rd ave, or just make the executive decision yourself when you're nearby. There's construction on the roads, and my GPS tried to take me behind the building where you can't even get through. I'm picking up a partial load, and yeah it seems like it's taking a while. Story of my life. Don't be late, and be prepared to fill out all the information on these forms.

Steps for Shipping and Loading:
1. Park on the street and head to the shipping office.
2. They will assign you a door immediately upon arrival.
3. Back up to the assigned door and slide your tandems all the way back.
4. Disconnect the red airline from the trailer.
5. They will load you quickly.
6. Once loading is complete, return to the office for your paperwork.
7.Entrance from 3rd Ave.

Checked in 45 min early. Waited 10 minutes for a door. Loader came to me truck put air lock on trailer. Loaded me up and came back and took lock off trailer. Have to go to office to check out and get paperwork out in less the an hour

Not bad facility. Restroom available of you ask for key. Off street parking is iffy. Lots of construction when I went but was loaded and outta there within an hour of appointment.

Absolutely avoid this dump at all cost my appt was at 12 noon it's now 1530 and there's still 3 trucks ahead of me I probably won't be loaded until 2000 if I had to put a time on it

Friendly Staff. Entrance is on north side of 3rd Ave. Make sure your Reefer is clean and pre cooled to 34 before going to shipper. Slide axles all the way back and when parked on the dock, remove red airline on the trailer. Limited parking on the site. Toilet is available and key is with the shipper.
