SB Chauffeuring is top notch - professional, clean and nice vehicles. Our driver kept us on schedule but also communicated with wineries on our behalf if we were running late - we didn't even need to think about it. Our driver was also incredibly knowledgeable of the wineries, their history, the owners and would chat up the winery staff like they are family - I could tell this company values good relationships and professional service. We simply had a great time!

Outstanding customer service! My family and I toured the wine country and utilized SB Chauffeuring's car service. Tony was simply fantastic! He was on time, the car was immaculate, and he even snapped photos of us and the surroundings throughout the day! He knows everyone at the wineries and made sure that we were taken care of at every location. He made recommendations on which wineries we might enjoy after he had spent some time with us and began to understand our tastes and preferences. He is highly observant, extremely polished and professional, and really helped us maximize the enjoyment of our trip! If you are visiting Santa Barbara and are looking for a car service, this is the only service that you should consider!

Best service! I had used this chauffeur company for quite sometime now (and have used them for almost a year). I usually use this service to commute from Isla Vista to Calabasas. Their car fleet are well maintained and Always on time for their pick ups. I strongly recommend this service to whoever needs a Limo, Wine tours in Santa Barbara County, and as Airport drop off Or pick up. Personally i have done multiple Lax-to Santa Barbara trips with this Chauffeur service. I would personally use this service again and again. HIGHLY RECOMENDED

I could not be any happier to have found such a great company to work with. I had been looking for a limo company to do a wine tour with a group of friends. From the first phone call till the day of the trip, I received nothing but the best service from all the staff. Not only were they profeesional and friendly, but they were very knowledgeable of the area. The trip was a success , and I truly recommend them for whatever transportation service you may need.

Never will I ever rent from this company due to the extremely rude woman who took my phone call. I told her I had a party of 20 people and she rudely told me she had nothing at all to offer me. Being in the hospitality industry, it is essential to offer at least something, even if it doesn't work for my situation. I then asked her if they had the space for 15 people. She then again, responded saying no. Okay woman.... Work with me here. I asked her the maximum amount a limo could hold and she said 14 and that none of them were available for my event. At this point I asked if she could recommend any other services that could accommodate my party, and she said "I don't work for anybody else. Its on you to find them."
Excuse me, but when a person works in customer service, it is their job to provide help and information if they can't. Her attitude and rude response will never make me consider this "luxury" service in the future.
