The place looks like a double wide trailer. It was a place to sleep for a night. They give you a scan card to get into the building, but the building doesn't shut fully, leaving it unlocked. The bathroom towels were damp to the touch and had what resembled rust stains on them when I walked in to check the bathroom out. The bed was alright. I was suited up; hoodie, sweats, & and socks, so I wasn't changing anything. The room definitely had a smell to it, maybe so heavy duty cleaner.

I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for my needs. I stayed here for a few nights and the amount of bugs I came across exceeds all other good things about this motel. Despite having decent rooms for the low price, the rooms were NOT clean… for starters, I was chilling and suddenly there’s a massive, hairy spider crawling across the floor.😐 Not only this tarantula, but my brother and I also spotted 2 more spiders during our stay. On top of this there were various flies and nats. And worst of all the Beatles crawling from behind the bed and crawling on us while we sat there. In total there were about 3 Beatles we found. Lastly, while we were sleeping, I was bitten up pretty good by something, most likely bed bugs. I DO RECOMMEND you do not stay here unless in desperate need(which we were and was why we stayed). I’m highly certain the 2 managers of this hotel clean the rooms alone with no hired employees, which only means these rooms are being less thoroughly cleaned. This motel MUST invest in housekeepers and an extermination team after the amount of bugs we found. My arms are all bitten up as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scottish Inns, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. he room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I will definitely return on my next visit to the city.

To start, my husband made a reservation for 2 people with 2 beds last week. 2 days before the reservation, hotel calls. They gave room away, but have another w one bed.
Others at the hotel were obviously not aware it was a public hotel as there was partying going on in other rooms, cursing, banging on doors. Terrible place.
To top it off, the next morning there were ants all over. They left even before 8 a.m.
The only good thing about the place was the location to a tournament we were attending.

I would say a lot of these reviews are not accurate for this place just based off the sole fact that they are comparing it to hotels and not a true motel. For the price which you will not find lower anywhere else practically, you’re getting a nice, clean area to lay your head at night, which is exactly the point of a motel. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the area is very quiet. Coming from a scaredy-cat, I felt safe and secure in my room (which, if you have ever stayed at a true motel on the roadside, you know they don’t always feel that way). Bathrooms in particular seemed to be very newly refurbished, and all the linens were noticeably clean (that is one of my pet peeves when you stay someplace where they reuse linens that other guests didn’t get dirty or seem to “use”). Overall it seems like a lot of reviews here were expecting a Holiday Inn hotel stay, but as far as motels go, this one is worth your time when you need a place to stay on a budget!

I'm looking at reviews, and can tell some people never went without anything... it's a motel with reasonable pricing. If you want somewhere to lay your head or get back on your feet, it's the right place. Hot water in shower works quickly, working toilet, lights work, in room heating works, ac works.....can't complain l.... they're short staffed, wash your own blankets or get your own... don't have to depend on everyone else
