I would comment on the food if we could get served at all. 15 minutes just to receive the menus and 20 more to be able to deliver our order. Watching people be left on wait, 1 or 2 waitresses struggling to keep up with both the bartending and waitress duties. They are heavily understaffed. It's cruel on the workers and disrespectful to customers

My last experience with Secret Garden came when I ordered take out the other weekend. My order took 2 hours to arrive and it was cold.

Luckily (so I thought), the deliverer handed me my food and didn't take my money (I ordered through Secret Garden's website to avoid having to pay electronically). I was left with the impression that he was giving me a free meal due to the inconvenience caused by showing up so late. However, I got a call an hour later from the restaurant saying that the delivery guy needed to come back and collect the money. I explained to them how rude this was and how I as a regular customer was very disappointed with their service. The manager offered to give me free food on my next visit to the Secret Garden...I still don't think I'll be going back anytime soon though.

All in all, I wasted the better part of my Saturday afternoon dealing with this restaurant. They seem a bit understaffed and for the quality of eating experience, also a bit overpriced now. It was different before this year with them, however I'm still giving a one star review so others hopefully don't have the same experience. They need to step their game up!

Enorm, einer dieser Geheim empfehlungen die man gerne annimmt. Sehr schöner Saal und gute Aufteilung. Super Beschallung es klingt einfach sehr gut. Zu empfehlen. Btw. Auch sehr preiswert, hätte ich nicht gedacht bei dem Profil.

Nettes Ambiente gut zu erreichen - leider war bei meinem Besuch geschlossen. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber - soweit ich sie kennengelernt habe - alle nett und zuvorkommend.

Es war ein wundervoller Abend, den wir im Secret Garden gefeiert haben. Das Ambiente ist top, das Essen ist phänomenal und der Kellner Noah war super. Hat uns top beraten bei der Essensauswahl, super sympathisch und positiv! Der geniale Service hat unseren Abend perfekt gemacht ?
