We stayed at one of the vacation rentals run by. See Ya at the Beach over the new year. The house had absolutely everything you can think of needing at the beach! Nice towels, nice bed linens, very comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Really, they have thought of everything. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and it was just a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The backyard has a pool and a hot tub, plenty of seating, tables, and lots of shade umbrellas. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Panama City Beach and would absolutely visit again and stay in a rental from See Ya at the Beach. Highly recommend!!

This is our 3 year staying at the house we absolutely love it we are a family of 12 with 3 under the age of 6 and this house is a perfect location and Convenient to Walmart and other Local. Store and bars and just right down the street from Pier one and we absolutely love the fact you step out back on the patio and your right on the beach ⛱️ and a great view another summer vacation memories in the book till next year.

Lisa from Sea You at the Beach was great to work with. The condo is absolutely beautiful and well-appointed!!! Beds are the most comfy I've ever experienced in a rental. Absolutely no complaints from start to finish. Parking garage is a bit tricky, but I drive a Pathfinder and I was able to maneuver it without too much trouble.

Absolutely the most fantastic experience we have had to date renting any place!
The house was exactly as described! It is beautiful, well decorated, clean and perfect for us! The location is near the beach, the neighborhood is quiet and very safe!!! When we arrived there was an issue with two of the sun loungers, I texted Lisa and we had new ones almost immediately!
Lisa was very responsive to all communications and an absolute pleasure to work with!
There is no question we are planning to come back here!!
Thank you Lisa for making our month in PCB easy and enjoyable!!!!

EXTREMELY clean…. Very FAST reply’s when contacting them…. Beautiful condo…. All kitchenware was in great shape and very organized …
LOVE THE LITTLE NOOK UPSTAIRS AND THE DECKS ARE AMAZING.

The resort itself… horns were not working accept for one…. The heated pools were not heated….

Other than that… perfect. See Ya At The Beach obviously sets standards!

We will be back!

I had stayed in this rental before and we always loved it it’s in the penthouse. But this time when we got there the owners had put some kind of screen all around the outside decks the porches and we could not look through and see the ocean very good. This ruined the whole trip for us because I mostly sit out there on the balcony and watch the ocean to relax. We had a problem with the door sticking but other than that we did like it I don’t know if I’ll stay there again probably not because of the screen around the deck. I know they probably put it up for safety but it ruined the whole thing for us. Thank you

This is the second time we’ve rented from see ya at the beach but the first time at sands of Laguna b1. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. I’ve never seen a better stocked rental if you should decide to cook. Need chairs for the beach? They’re here. Need a steamer to get your dress for dinner ready? It’s here. Need a hair dryer? Umbrella? It’s all here. Beautiful views. Wonderful place for washing off the sand. The only two recommendations I have is to look at the shower heads as we would’ve enjoyed more water pressure and maybe put some more rugs in the bedrooms. I know sand tracks but it’s not cozy walking on the luxury vinyl all the time. Other than that we loved our stay and plan on being back. Lisa is fabulous and responsive. Thanks again for another wonderful vacation!
