My son gifted a ride to his friend as a bday gift and they had so much fun! This was 1st time for both. Gina was great with instructions, communication before the ride, and leading the group around different areas of town.

Great value and an excellent way to explore downtown. Our family of four, including two teenage girls and their parents, took the tour at sunset to enjoy the cooler evening weather. Despite being a Saturday night with some pedestrian and car traffic, our guide managed the group skillfully, ensuring we stayed within our riding abilities. The guide was assertively courteous, which is precisely what you want from someone responsible for the safety of the participants.

We had a great time with Gino. Very friendly and knowledgeable dude, gave us a great tour of the whole city and did an excellent job teaching us to use the Segway

I highly recommend this tour, best if you do it early in your stay because Gino has a lot of great recommendations!

Such a great day! Everyone had fun and they were easy to learn how to ride even from my 12-year-old. Such a great way to see the beautiful sites of the city and our God was very helpful.

Our tour guide was pretty chill, but he couldn't kickflip it. All jokes aside, 6mi went by fast. Beautiful scenery, plenty of stops.

I waited for this tour for what felt like forever... we talked about going on a tour since probably 2014. Problems & road blocks made this a real mission for this summer & it was a blast. Our guide was wonderful & patient, which is important. Being able to balance & safely operate the segway wasn't something I thought would be a problem, but it's harder than it looks -at first.
Our City Lights tour was so much fun, I absolutely plan to take one of the longer tours soon.

We had a blast! Randal was the best! He explained everything before we went out. We were all over 60 and had no problem. A lot of people think this is hard but if you listen to instructions it is simple. He won’t let you go out if he thinks you can’t. I recommend at least trying because it’s so fun.

The ‘instructor’ gave me less than 5 minutes to learn how to ride a Segway. Geno said I was too tense and said I couldn’t go on the tour after his quick teaching. He was also very aggressive when other customers made mistakes. It’s a two star because I got my money back fairly quickly. Attempted this sightseeing tour experience during a weekend trip to Pittsburgh. The website and email say to be there 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Geno didn’t arrive until about 8 minutes before our scheduled appointment.
